Elegant service and slow food in good combination.

There is a lot of Czech specialities to choose from, the food was very good, very clean and comfortable traditional interior design. But the main point for me was the service. That was a very pleasant evening.

Visited this restaurant 26th March as a couple after reading it's good reviews . We were not dissapointed . We both had traditional Czech starters and mains and the quality was exceptional. The ambiance of the restaurant and attentive service made the evening a very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to try it. Tried to book on line prior... More

A small, privately owned restaurant with great local cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere and very nice, romantic decoration. Located in the old town, in a sub terrainean old building of Prague the Rainer Maria Rilke is a real place to go if you want to treat yourself with a nice, very well cooked meal and good wine. Need to reserve in... More

The ambient is very intimate, low lights and candles. The food is absolutely great. We were a party of four, and ended up sharing our meals with each other, just for tasting. We couldn't agree on which one was number one, since all four meals were outstanding. Service is great as well. A must-do when in Prague.

the food here is food. I really recommend the crispy duck. And the waiter was really nice with us. The restaurant is not big but in my opinion it is something that you can not miss and try.

Lovely little restaurant tucked away just near Charles Bridge with real local food very reasonably priced. Atmosphere unusal like sitting in someones front room with lovely intersting decor and music. Very good attentive staff and food tasted great too. Dumplings were deliciously light. Worth leaving the main drag of tourist food offerrings.

A rustic, atmospheric and very cosy small restaurant moments from the Leonardo hotel. The service was excellent and the food delicious, plentiful and good value. The kitchen is happy to accommodate personal wishes, for example, we wanted mashed potato with a duck dish instead of dumplings. There is a decent wine list but the house wine is very drinkable. Make sure you book this restaurant in advance. It gets booked up quickly with post show diners. Lovely candlelit atmosphere with great Czech charm. The service was prompt and friendly, but it's the food that makes this restaurant a must. The portions are very generous so make sure you arrive hungry!

We were recommended RM Rilke by our hotel receptionist, and were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is lovely and homely inside, with candles, high curved ceilings and artwork. Our waiter was smiley, friendly and attentive. The drinks were very reasonable - I drank the house Czech white wine which was easy to drink and very enjoyable at about £1-£2 a... More

This is a nice traditional Czech restaurant somewhat off the tourist streets serving nice, traditional (but rather heavy) Czech food. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the waiter (only one guy) works hard to serve all. The place is not big, and it gets rather cozy. The wine list is limited, but there is a wide beer selection. Come here... More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city.
