Lovely food and ambience

We were recommended RM Rilke by our hotel receptionist, and were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is lovely and homely inside, with candles, high curved ceilings and artwork. We were recommended RM Rilke by our hotel receptionist, and were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is lovely and homely inside, with candles, high curved ceilings and artwork. Our waiter was smiley, friendly and attentive. The drinks were very reasonable - I drank the house Czech white wine which was easy to drink and very enjoyable at about £1-£2 a... More

This is a nice traditional Czech restaurant somewhat off the tourist streets serving nice, traditional (but rather heavy) Czech food. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the waiter (only one guy) works hard to serve all. The place is not big, and it gets rather cozy. The wine list is limited, but there is a wide beer selection. Come here... More

This was a brilliant find just off the main street along by the river! Very cute and homely inside (locals drinking at the bar. ) My sister and I stopped for lunch and it was outstanding, amazing flavours and the portion sizes were huge. We also had desert and a glass of wine which came to under £15 each. Could... More

The food was amazing & so were the ambiance and the service. Really warm decor that takes you back in time and puts you in a sweet and relaxed mood. Prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the quality and taste of food. If you are in Prague, do not miss this place!

We chose this restaurant on the reviews and we are completely satisfied about the dinner. The place is very central, cozy and romantic. The food was great, one of the best we tried during our stay in Prague: I ordered a dish with different types of local meat and sausage with 3 types of dumplings as side dish; while my... More

Our most recent visit to the fairytale city had to include a special meal at this very special restaurant. On a bitterly cold February night what a delight it was to receive again the warmest of welcomes. The restaurant was very busy but this did not affect the level of service or the quality of the food. We however have... More

Our first night in Prague we searched for traditional Czech Food. Every place we looked into had a very generic look, lights were too bright, and had uncomfortable looking seating. They all lacked the "old world" feel we wanted. I honestly picked this place at random from the Tripadvisor App because it had a decent rating. We were staying near... More

Stumbled upon this by accident on our first night in Prague. A really chilled and relaxed introduction to Czech food, well priced and delicious. Highly recommend the goulash watered down with a draft beer.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city.
