We had a pleasant experience and very good traditional food at this restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere. Manager was very helpful and friendly and wine suggestion was good.

We all commented how warm and welcoming this restaurant felt as we entered. There was a very relaxed atmosphere in the room, and the service was efficient and helpful. The food was wonderful, and the portions were huge, but we all, almost, cleared our plates.Overall a great experience, enjoyed by all four of us,highly recommended.

This is a rather small (best to reserve), but therefore intimate and cozy restaurant with great, quaint deco, outstanding service, and most importantly delicious food. Try the honeycake. We were scared it would be too sweet, but it was divine. All the portions are very generous, often served with different dumplings, so expect not to leave hungry! The patron was the... More

Somehow we got in - I advise you to reserve. Agreeable bookish atmosphere, authentic food and wine and a connection with Rilke, We were very well looked after and not over charged.

Love, love, love this place. The food and the wine was amazing and to top it off the atmosphere was cozy and quaint. You need a reservation for this place and the sooner you can make the better. This is a Michelin rated restaurant and worth a visit.

Lovely restaurant right outside my hotel, that was dark but cosy and atmospheric, with great food and lovely staff. Highly recommended!

Genuine and tasteful Czech cuisine in a delightful and warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Book your table in advance because the restaurant seemed to be very popular.

We made a reservation here for our first dinner in Prague and can confirm all the positive comments of Tripadvisor! Great local cuisine (very good duck and goulash beef), great 'histoical' atmosphere especially dedicated to the writer R. M. Rilke, also romantic with candle on the table, great local and soft music in background, abundant portions, very honest prices and... More

We made a reservation for lunch in one of our visits to Prague. The waiter was very kind and spoke english fluently. We had 2 soups and 2 main courses (rabbit and a mixed variety of meat) and they were fairly tasteful. The price was good for their quality and portion. It would be best to visit it at night... More
