Quite an interesting place, lots of options in the menu from different parts of the world. Food was good! Very near the central square in old town.

we had booked this restaurant for lunch (recommend booking as it really does get busy) - the choice is vast, the food was great and the waitresses were very helpful and friendly - the place has a serene feel to it

Maitre is an integrated concept created around Buddhist philosophy. The decor, the aroma , the choice of food and sights &smells transport you to a culinary experience which is almost spiritual. Soothing music, sculptures and flowing water using feng shui, a creative menu which caters to a variety if cuisines and excellent service add up to an unforgettable experience .

Very good vegetarian food, can't expect so much variety in vegetarian cuisine . People like us can have food without any doubts. Good service , nice decor, and most important the food is very good, they have the best lemonade.

We found the restaurant on trip advisor and went to have a look, it was lovely inside and we were able to pre book and pick our own table. We chose downstairs as it was more private. There were loads of options on the menu it was difficult to choose. We had a feast of a sharing starter, main course... More

The 2 of us popped in about 1pm on a Saturday without reservations and were seated immediately. I didn't see any spare tables but I didn't see all the seating areas and they seemed pretty full. We were taken to a back room (no windows but nice water feature) and seated at a table right next to another (about 10cm... More

Stopped by for dinner hoping to get a table. At the front desk they said they were full upstairs but if we went downstairs we could probably get a table. As we were headed down the stairs, another couple came in and we heard them being told to ask downstairs as well. When we got downstairs we asked for a... More

Did research before going to Prague - to seek out vegetarian restaurants. Food (thai aubergine curry) and drink (ginger lemonade) was absolutely delicious and at 8.30 on a Monday night i got the absolutely last table, so it's busy! Definitely worth seeking out

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
