Description: We have recently opened our new cafe – Cafe Bily Konicek (Café White Horse). The café is a part of the hotel and has an independent entrance to the Zelezna Street. . The café has been designed within the same tone as is carried throughout our hotel - white walls, painted with a white ceiling, with very modern looking styled white tables. It could easily be compared to the John and Yoko Halcyon days of 1969. The café great big large street level windows and is a Romanesque design of cellars and vaults. Similarly like the hotel, this part of the building is also a part of the UNESCO Heritage list.

We were eating at "good" restaurants which were not in the old square ( the ones you usually choose to escape the crowds) and they were not as good as this one. Good service, good food with good presentation, excellent views and a good value for money. I totally recommend it. There is also a daily menu.

We treid to eat there the first night in Prague, but they were not serving food so we went back the next day for lunch. The pasta dishes were delicious. The locaiton is just off the Old Town Square.

We stopped here just for a tea and cappuccino. When the bill came tax and a tip were added to the total- what a rip-off. There are plenty other places around the Old Town Square where this will not happen so be warned........................

Read the reviews. Ate breakfast or lunch here most days during our 4 night stay in Prague. The food was good clean & tasty. The cost, very reasonable compared to other eateries in the city. The cafe was always clean and the waitresses were nice & helpfull. Would recommend.
