The best meal of my life (without any exaggeration)

The decoration is fine, the restaurant is wide with a smoking area if needed. The service is perfectly handled, waiters are very polite and caring. We had lunch there and took a 3 course meal. It's a nicely decorated spot, albeit very warm when there's no air conditioning. The sushi I found to be average at best, though my friend claimed it was the worst he's ever eaten. I wouldn't go that far. It does everything it's supposed to in my book, but in no way is this a premium sushi spot. Maybe in Prague... More

Maybe the best beef I've ever eaten. The prices were good for both beer and food. They provided great service at both my visits and has a really good atmosphere! If you're in prague you need to go here! I will come back here!

Eating att Kobe is getting a very good diner for a very fair price. All the dishes we ordered were of good quality and very tasteful. The service was good and correct. It is however surprising that smoking is still accepted in the restaurant, even that the smoking areas was somewhat seperated. Such should not belong here. Strongly recommended for... More

We were a pary of 4 hungry diners for lunch on 25 July 2015. The place is pleasant, airconditioned (very important on hot day in Prague) and the service promot and pleasant. After a few OK starters we received a huge cmbination of yummie sushi, with very fresh fish, accompanied by a bottle of lovely Pinot Grigio. My only reservation... More

Right in the middle of Wenceslas Square pedestrian zone. Serving steak and Japanese style food of good quality. Prices are on the higher side by Czech standards, but not at all unreasonable by the standards of most major European cities. Worth a visit.

Clean place, great steak, but a bit pricey, probably because of being on the main street. Recommended.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
