Very good place for lunch, dinner, there have at some time dinners with piano music. It is near the Prague Castle. Very nice staff, delicious meal for good price.

If you want authentic Czech pub grub, there is Sokolovna and Bruska within 2 blocks away. In terms of goulashes, svickova and Wiener schnitzel, Sokolovna wins hands down. If you want innovative Czech food, there is Restaurant 500 three blocks away. If you want authentic Italian and Croatian food, there is Bella Canzone 2 blocks away. Good Thai, Vietnamese and... I have to higly recommend restaurant NA ROZHRANI, close to Prague Castle and really close to metro station Hradcanka. Style of the restaurant is from the beginning of 20. century. Staff is very kind. Cuisine is perfect, specially Czech food - You have to try SVICKOVA - maybe the best in Czech Republic. You can check restaurant: www.restauracenarozhrani.cz

This is absolutely normal and you can say typical Czech restaurant. But with exceptional service, really good food... And amazing children's menu, which is very well selected. You will find few toys for children too.

Its small and cosy , in the bar of the entrance you can take a smoke, and what ? the food is fantastic and local ! The price is delicious ! and ? Tourists don,t know about it ! The service is wunderfull... I know this place since 1973 but sometimes it takes a 10years service for myself.

I had dinner at this restaurant. I tried the daily offer, which was salmon with spaghetti and spinach. It was served on a big plate with a very tasty sauce. I had a bier, and two cups of espresso. Surprisingly, I paid less than 15 euro! The waitress was very kind. I definitely recommend this place, if you are around... More

We sat outside where they have just 3-4 tables on the sidewalk for dinner. The wine was so good and surprisingly affordable (we paid maybe $13 for a bottle of a local white). My husband's dish, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin was one of the best meals we've ever tasted. I had pasta and it was very good, but the tenderloin was... More

this is the place where I like to take my foreign guests. Offers a local beer from a minibrewery Chýně, wonderful dishes and excellent service. The people there seem to enjoy being there and you can feel it. The restaurant has no background music, except in the evenings a live piano performance. It is a good place to talk and... More
