Came here for dinner after a day of sightseeing and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Indian food and stellar service! Menu is extensive with numerous options for all types of appetites. Waitress was super friendly. Location is in the heart of old town - sitting on the open air patio was nice. Definitely recommend this restaurant - especially if... More

Stumbled upon the restaurant and had the daily lunch, a gorgeous two course dish that was much better than meals I have had in expensive Indian restaurants in London. The meal, plus a large glass of wine, came to less than 5 pounds. Best food so far in Prague!

Delicious Indian food with worm hospetality. The spanish with cheese (palak pander) is very good and so is the chana. We went there twice and we would love to come again, when we'll return to Prague.

We had eaten here 2 years earlier and were returning diners on this trip. We weren't disappointed. This restaurant still serves excellent Indian food.

Me and my wife visited this Indian restaurant on Tue Sep 2nd and enjoyed the meal and the experience quite well. The bill came to 440Kc and we left 500Kc - a sign of our satisfaction. We decided to visit the place again two days later - but were discriminated in favour of European / American clients. We asked for... More

I'm sorry to say that I beg to differ for your review. You came without a reservation and insisted on sitting in the garden which was totally full with one table for four free, so you were told that if you could wait as that table for 4 was reserved. You were offered a table for two inside the restaurant... More

On the very first day of our stay in Prague, and having walked quite a lot, we were yearning for some warm and vegetarian Indian food and we found our way through the Old Town, to this well-known restaurant, tucked away behind the Tyn church. The food was indeed yummy; the proportions sumptuous and the prices, reasonable. The person who... More

Indian Jewel brings good tasty indian style food on the table. But not as much above average as some reviews suggested. The portions were on the small side. Rice, a basic ingredient of the indian kitchen, has to be ordered separately. Nice for the restaurant but but idiot for the consumer (like buying a car without wheels). Price/quality ratio was...
