If you want good food and somewhat casual pub atmosphere, Zlaty Klas is your place. You can get quite a large portion of a tasty meal (mostly Czech cuisine, though they do offer your basic pasta & vegetable dishes) for reasonable price and good beer to boot. They also have several big TV screens where you can watch sport, which... More

Not expencive, great food. Lots of people, noisy and crowded, but it actually added to the local pub atmosphere. Will visit again if will have the chance.

Friendly welcoming atmosphere, great service but not intrusive. We both had beef off the specials menu and it was cooked to perfection. Would visit again without hesitation.

Turned up with 15 others to this restaurant - no booking - and the staff found space for us all to sit together. Food menu is huge and has plenty of variety. Food was very good, huge portions and cheap. Definitely recommend.

Not particularly impressive from the outside and one doesn't end up there if he is not looking for it but it is definetely worth going. The place was packed when we got there so a reservation would not be a bad idea. We tried baked pork ribs, called Charles IV ribs on the menu, and it was certainly the best... More

Selection of Czech food and beer in this location is very good. Located in the Andel area, this pub is popular with the local population. As English language skills may be limited, order by number. Look for daily specials at lunch (good value).

Food was tasty, although the waiting time was quite long. It tends to be overcrowded in the evening, so bear it in mind when you go there.

They have really reach choice of Czech food, lovely kingswood apple cider and decent interior with a lot of seats. Nevertheless, each time we've been served (actually, if we got served at all) the staff was surly, unfriendly, sometimes openly rude. Since my boyfriend doesn't speak much of Czech, they don't bother taking his order or offering one more beer.... More

The title says it all really- its a very large traditional Czech restaurant that is a huge hit with tourists and locals alike. The place was full to the brim when we arrived. But we waited and once we got a table we were happy we had been patient. The food was incredible- absolutely HUGE portions and so so tasty.... More

On a business trip my colleagueband I spotted this place walking by and decided to chance it. It was the eve of a big ice-hockey match so free tables were scarce. We joined a couple at a bench and ended up having a very jolly evening. Food was traditional and well-prepared. Good sized portions were good value and the beer... More
