Good food & service.

We went on a Monday night. It was fairly quiet (although we didn't realise until we got up to leave that most people sat round the corner because there's a central water feature). All the food was good, in particular the steak and rack of lamb. Would recommend.

Food, staff, atmosphere all fantastic so good we went twice. Found by accident and only around the corner from our hotel. Would recommend to all when visiting Prague. The open fish tank in the floor was a talking point. A lovely touch the menus were on iPads hard back ones were also available.

It was a random pick but happy to choose this restaurant. Great ambiance, attentive stuff and attractive menu. Our dinner was really good. Everything from starter up to dessert was delicious (this time: goat cheese, roasted pork with knedliky, panna cotta). It's a mix of modern and traditional Czech cuisine. I would visit it again when travelling next time to... More

Found this restaurant on the last day of our stay as we wanted our last meal in Prague to be special and this restaurant did not disappoint. The restaurant is in our view 5* and is modern and makes use of technology to show you there full menu range and the pictures and eventual food on your plate are exactly... More

Located at 70 Mala Strana, Praha 1, this quite small tea house is a place to visit to take time out of a busy time walking around a beautiful city. We were treated to superb service. The range of teas was made up largely of fruit infusions. Tea was served impeccably. We were made to feel very special. And the... More

The restaurant does good food but the service is appalling! The waitor who served us was extremely unfriendly and ruined our mood so much that made the general experience quite uncomfortable.

We decided to eat here on a recommendation from my friend who had previously found this restaurant in Prague. It is a nice restaurant with lovely food, my partner had the beef cheeks, which were really good. Be prepared for Ipads to be handed to you, My partner was not amused and asked for a 'proper menu' which they did... More

Ate here last week, after a very average meal in the old town square i decided to do a bit of research on trip advisor. The restaurant is just off the Charles bridge about a 2 minute walk. The menu is on an ipad so you can see what your ordering. The food was fantastic and a really good price.... More

We kind of stopped here on a whim, and were super surprised by the service, the food, and the prices. Hands down, one of the best dishes I have ever been served in a restaurant. Another nice touch was using Ipads as menus. It enabled us to see what the dishes looked like before ordering. However, it didn't betray the... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
