Another great restaurant. Views, service and food were among the best I have had. We had Christmas eve set dinner menu. Simply amazing. The host was so accommodating to provide us the best table in the house. The views of the Charles bridge and overlook to the city were delightful. Wines made on property were great...

Stumbled across this restaurant on an evening stroll, had one of the most delicious meals I've ever tasted (I have dined in many fine places), the view was spectacular & the service was great.

We went for lunch and the pasta dishes we both had were excellent and full of taste. The wine was good and the accompanying bread and sage butter great too. Topped off with an excellent view what's not to like!

We had very nice meal, the food was excellent I had a very good piece of meat and cooked perfectly, the only problem is that they sell the side dishes apart, then I would have eaten only meat with butter, but again, the execution and service was perfect, prices are fair and the view is really relaxing

After the afternoon at the Castle we walked through the vineyard to Villa Richter Terrace Bar, below the VR Bistro. We ordered the lasagna, stuffed chicken, grilled veggies and tiramisu. All were delicious, including the house Riesling (not a sweet one). Total bill $44 - reasonable for quality food. Our waiter had tons of personality and enjoyed visiting with us.... More

Nice hilltop restaurant offering city line view of Prague. Food is great but the waitress are a little impatience and rude. Recommended for couple visit. Also great to see sunset.

We toured Prague Castle the day before and noted this restaurant as we were descending. We were with a group of 60 the next evening for dinner. We had the farmers salad or salad with tomatoes, the beef medallions or roast duck. the only vegetable turned out to be the salads. Each entree came with potatoes, bread dumplings, and more... More

Neighborhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
