This is one of those restaurants that would not exist without their location. You get a nice view and hence the two stars and not one, but otherwise this place is incredibly poorly run and obviously the management are fine with it because most of the people visiting are tourists anyway so who needs customers to come back. Waiters were... More

Not a bad location but there are better. Service was good but it should have been as we were one of only 4 tables for the 4 waitstaff. Menu is diverse enough for all to find something to eat, prices are reasonable and the portion sizes good. Food was nice, all up not a bad place but for lunch as... More

Location is the only positive of this restaurant. There is dirt and spider web on the ceiling and curtains. Also way to the toilet looks awful. The men´s room smells like public toilets on the railway station. Ladies rooom was very small but ok. The worst thing is staff. Waiter behave like he is doing a favour for You. The... More

After seeing the pretty looking restaurant from outside we thought it would be nice. The staff was absolutely awful. Burger bun was falling apart. Fries were cold. We asked for mayo and it turned up on the bill for a fee of 30 krona. When we asked the waiter what it was he called over a more senior guy who... More

First waiter we had was good, but then a more senior guy brought the bill over and things changed. Before this however, the food. Absolutely average at best. Had the cheese burger which was barely warm enough to melt the cheese. The bun seemed cheap and barely defrosted. Friend's pasta was quite oily. Anyway, the food took an age to... More

This retaurant very clearly has attractive functions suites on both upper and lower levels. We tend to be early evening diners [rather than part of the late eating brigade] which can mean that rarely do we have problems with service. Young staff gave a warm welcome and we chose a 1st floor outdoortable overlooking the riverside. Leaving 'International' cuisine to... More

Close to centre, nice view and tasty food. Waiters are wery polit and what is very important to me, they was very funny. I strongly recommend to visit that place, mainly in spring, when all foliage around is full of bloosoms.

The restaurant is located on a small woody island beneath one of the bridges that connects theOld Town to new Prague and is in the middle of the Vlatva River, which is a large river running through Prague. Great views of the river make for good photos day and night. The food is excellent with a 4 to 5 star... More

I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, who later became my wife, just after valentines day in February 2006. The main man Mirek looked after us really well, the food was divine and we drank a lot of wine (Fantomme) in one of the cellars surrounded by white lilies. I don't know what it's like today but I have memories... More

We just had a lovely dinner here on our first night in Prague. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was good and the waiter helped us pick out a nice bottle of local wine. Even though it was dark we still had a nice view of one of the river banks. The most amusing part was the music... More
