Must have come on a bad day

We went on a sat night, there was an accordion player that contributed to the fun atmosphere. The service was very good, I just didn't like the strong expectation for tips. The food was good value. I had the pork knuckle. My friend had the beef and bacon.

This used to be on the beer tour. The entrance does not do it justice. It is massive catacomb style lay out. They brew their own beer which is wonderful. Good atmosphere, good service nice food.

I travel to Europe on a regular basis including Prague. This has to be the rudest service I have experienced. I walked in the restaurant by myself. I started on the main level every person I asked for a table looked at me and kept walking. Same response on the lower level. I went up to the top floor and... More

Hello, from your assessment is not clear at what time you were here. At dinner 6-10pm is full. We have a capacity of 380 seats. It may therefore happen that a meal waiting a little longer than usual. In other guest write that the portions are large. So really do not know what you ordered. If you had the feeling... More

I like this restaurant because of their good and cheap lunch menu. Their svíčková or guláš is yummy. But there are many waiters and sometimes you meet bad one. In the evening they prefer tourists and aren't kind to Czech people, prices are higher in the evening too. But it is not bad choice if you want taste very good... More

When we wanted to take our friend to enjoy some beer from a brewery on 14th of November, we headed to this restaurant where a native friend took us about ten years ago. The three of us entered the place, and asked a waiter with shaved head(I do not know his name) for a place in the nearest saloon to... More

I do eat at this restaurant quite often, both with my family and friends as well as inviting people for business lunch or dinner. I was never disappointed, always there is a perfect service and delicious meals, classical traditional Czech food as well as a good selection of salads and modern international menu which can please any customer. I can... More

This was the first time in my life when the waiter reminded me to give him tip at least 10%. I guess this should be my own decision. I find this very impolite.

We got lucky and were able to walk in to this restaurant. Our colleague had been here before and was able to guide us! The building is a warren of rooms on different levels, most below ground. On request they will take you on a tour of their brewing operation, which was very interesting and ends with three full glasses... More
