We were a large group that was handled with grace and elegance. Service was professional yet friendly. The food was very good. Unlike the previous reviewer I liked the atmosphere. They also serve a lunch on an upstairs terrace overlooking the city.

This is a hotel restaurant which occupies part of the bar area and also has a separate room . It also serves as the breakfast room. The menu is good but the atmosphere poor. We ate here on our arrival into PRague and regretted it , we should have left the hotel and ventured into the PRague evening to find... More

This was a treat! Elegantly furnished and leisurely dinner with several courses. Food was served under a metal dome which made the whole occasion feisty. Restaurant is not large which adds to the ambiance. My husband loved the rabbit while i enjoyed my vegetarian diish. We ate there the second time and found our review to be correct! It was... More

My wife took me here for my birthday. The food, service, and ambiance were all first rate. If you're looking for modern and tasty fine dining in Prague, this is what you're looking for. Main courses, desserts, and after dinner drinks were all excellent.

The food served at Coda has to be some of the best I have experienced. Excellent choice from International to traditional Czech cuisine. So good in fact the Filet Mignon was better than the steak I had at the Savoy in the UK less than 48 hours earlier! Yes it may be pricey to some but you get what you... More

This was our first night in Prague staying at the Aria Hotel so we decided to enjoy our three course dinner with wine which was included in our package. The pianist just outside the cozy, romantic dining room was wonderful and added to the ambiance. The staff is very helpful and attentive but not hovering over you during your evening.... More

Coda is a melodious and symphonic medley of flavors and dishes that capture the essence traditional Czech cuisine but at the same time is not afraid to hit the high notes with very forte dishes borrowed from other cultures. The restaurant itself amplifies the theme of music you'll see not only in the Aria hotel but also throughout Prague. Once... More

This very elegant restaurant was a perfect choice for a relaxed meal on one of the most hectic nights of the Czech calendar. The restaurant was booked with a large 'culture tour' group, but we were seated at a quiet table, away from the crowd. A 'dedicated' waiter, for our table, ensured that our party of four was constantly but... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
