Awesome!

Yup.. It's true! Here you can have a romantic dinner in the city center with awesome food and the staff is ultra friendly and multilingual (Czech, English and Spanish).. Loved the atmosphere.. Ah.. And the Pinot Gris that they recommend. Con? A bit pricey for the normal Czech pocket

Food: the food is delicious, self made, but too expensive in comparison to other Czech restaurants. Price: we paid about 15 € for one portion of goulash and 4 € for a potato soup. Location: it's a really special place to eat! Although it's kind of hard to find and the furnishing could be more comfortable! Service: friendly, attentive and... More

A lovely location and friendly staff let down by our food. Meat was overlooked and all the meals were smothered in overpowering sauces

We spent our first evening in Prague there and it was just perfect! The location is quite special and different because of the "cellar effect" but it is warm and cosy as well. We had two types of meal: traditional Czech cuisine with soft, tasty meat and a vegetarian meal with aubergines which was great. The waiters found the fine... More

This was a recommended place to eat - but it turned out somewhat of a disappointment for us. It started poorly with a less than enthusiastic welcome despite having phoned ahead and booked. It then went downhill when the couple next to us had to send back their chicken dish which was visibly raw - a culinary and potentially dangerous... More

I went for some drinks, and the beer & cocktail (Mai Tai) I had were both great! The place had a really relaxing & romantic feel to it as well. The only thing that I found could be better was the selection of food. I wanted something simple to nibble on along with the drinks, but they only had a... More

Really nice place! Tasty food! We took two soups, one good and the other medium, excellent goulash and chicken with vegetables!

Lovely place at night, a good departure from all the places that looks like tourist trap in Prague with poor food. The menu is not huge, but the two beef ragout options are amazing, (Goulash and cream). Wine reasonably priced, a bottle of Bohemian sparkling wine is 90 koruna (!!!). Lovely design in the cellar, good service, and good food,... More

My wife and I stumbled across this restaurant during a walk around the old town. We went inside and were captivated by the ambience. Cosy, quirky and comfortable - how can that be! The stairs down are steepish though - no problem to us but could be for some. Booking is essential for the evenings. We enjoyed smoked salmon rolls... More

The desing of the restaurant is really nice but that is the only nice thing it has.The staff was very rude. We made a reservation for Christmas Eve. The waiter made us wait in the stairs for no reason since the place was empty. as we noticed probably it was something they were doing to almost everyone to show that... More

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
