Perfect service and beer, food average

Very pleasant pub with handsome and helpful waiters, good Pilsner beer, quiet atmosphere and relatively good prices. The food although looked nice and trendy wasn't as delicious as it should be. We had a deer tenderloin steak with hip sauce and dumplings and home-made meat-loaf baked in leaf dough... read more

We ate here twice on our trip to Prague over Christmas week, once in the pub and once in the "garden." The service was good, particularly in the Garden, and we were able to sample a lot of Czech dishes, all of which were tasty and filling.

Prices absolutely reasonable. The Pilsner Urquell here is extraordinary. Staff friendly and patient. Last time I have been here with a group of 18 and everybody was absolutely happy. Incredibly... A friend and I came out of the Andél metro looking for lunch. We saw the trip advisor badge on the door and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! My friend and I both had red currant lemonade to drink, delicious and refreshing! To eat I had the traditional sirloin with root gravy and bread dumplings... More

We came 5 of friends for a beer and dinner. At the beginning I said that I would have liked to mix cutting beer, which is half light and half dark. The waitress told me that he could ask, but from fears that the bartender does not want to do it. I told her that I can take two beers... More
