On our last night in Prague, we wanted to try somewhere a bit special. We clambered up Petrin Hill (definitely take the funicular!) to the Nebozizek restaurant. There is a large outside terrace, which had a number of empty tables, and a smaller inside restaurant. We went inside to enquire about dinner, and were told quite rudely that we couldn't... More

Located at the mid-station on Petrin Hill is this very typical tourist focused restaurant. It offers wonderful views from the terrace over the city of Prague but these can be enjoyed without actually setting foot in the restaurant. The waiter was somewhere between formal and bored. He presented no enthusiasm whatsoever for his job. We were not impressed to read... More

Since this restaurant is almost on the top of the Petrin Hill, you have an incredible night view of Prague Castle...and food is matching the view.

Looking to share a bottle of water with a view, we hopped off the funicular early on the way down from Petrin. Hill. The view was outstanding, and looking at other tables we noticed the food looked quite good. We decided to have dinner, ordering Italian food from the reasonably-priced menu, and had a wonderful evening. Will definitely go back... More

We were happy to see the view from the website of the restaurant. However, much to our disappointment, the staffs were very unfriendly and told us to finish the food quickly because they were expecting a large number of guests. We were not perturbed by that though, but the food was less than average, yet more expensive than similar restaurant... More

We were last in Prague in 1997 so it was like visiting the city for the first time. We were told about this restaurant by a Czech friend and were not disappointed. The view was lovely and the food very good., and the service friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the temperature of my soup and fish was... More

We had made a reservation through an online service before we left for Prague but it wasn't confirmed. We were very disappointed when we arrived to get an email directly from the restaurant advising that they were totally booked for the night. We were so pleased to get another note less than an hour later advising that they had a... More

For me, this is the most beautiful restaurant in Prague, with the most delicious food, lovely staff and the best view in the whole Czech Republic! There is no better place to go in Prague. It is situated on the hill Petrin and you can see the whole historical old town with Prague Castle and st. Vitus Cathedral. During the... More

This is a restaurant situated in the hills where you have a great wiev over the city. The food was exellent, and cheap compared to restaurants in the old town of lesser standard. The waiter was polite and attentive, the serving quick, but not too quick. We had reserved table in advance, and I think that is the best thing... More
