One of the best places in Český Krumlov for those who want to enjoy view of the castle and the river, very romanic setting. The evening atmosphere is magical, and if you try one or two cups of hot mead, you will be hooked.

We loved this place! We sat outdoors at one of several long tables, shared with other people. The menu is distinctive - food that was probably on the menu in the Middle Ages! We had a meat stew; our vegetarian friend had something delicious with millet and vegetables. There were beers, ale and - really special - mead to drink!... More

many restaurants says that they are offering traditional Czech food, but it is just a trick .... if you wanna try food our ancestors in this region really ate and feel the atmosphere of an old house with wonderful view on the Vltava river.... you must visit it. Delightful, friendly, real, honest. Really enjoyed.

If you are after eating in a tourist trap, enjoy this visit. It has little to do with true bohemian food, but it aims at mainly asian clientelle, coming in groups, I ate here, it was strange and food on the plate was not identifiable. It might appeal to tourists, but for a regular person wanting a tasty meal it... More

Food was pretty good but have to say I found it really hard work with a baby, I would not recommend it to anyone else travelling with kids. Awkward & uncomfortable in terms of access & bench furniture. However saying that, had we the opportunity to go minus child I'm sure it would be lovely! As would many other pursuits!

Interesting design and menu BUT... We're there with my boyfriend and ordered two different meals, Chicken pieces with tarragon and potatoes and Chicken with millet casserolle. They're absolutely the same only in one plate was potatoes and in another was casserolle! The tastes was disappointing:(( In this restaurant you do not receive printed bill , and the waiter write it... More

Chicken with millet caserolle costs 160 CZK NOT 100. So the last number on the bill is 100 CZK and the total price is right. So nobody cheated you. Please delete this part of the message and also the picture with the bill. Thank you very much, staff of Two Marys More

We had a great dinner here. Location is perfectly besides the river, and if you sit at the window, you can enjoy the meal with the tower. We had wild bird, pork, sour cabbage, black beer and salt cake, everything was awesome!

Very nice atmosphere in this traditional medieval style restaurant with a great service. We ordered a old bohemian feast which was a mix of different kinds of traditional food and a chicken with tarragon and potatoes. Both dishes were tasty and really big portions. It was really cheap since the abovementioned stuff with 2 beers costed less than 400 czk.... More
