Lovely, authentic food in a great setting

We visited a couple of times whilst we stayed in Ronda. It is set in the old town next to the church in the beautiful Plaza Duquesa de Parcent. A lot of the menu is cooked in a wood fired oven and the smell is heavenly. Antonio the chef will explain the menu to you and his recommendations and we... read more

Many positive reviews have been written about Maison El Sacristan...we certainly can see why. We have been several times and plan to return. A visit to Ronda is always a pleasure, eating here is always a delight. Antonio (owner/chef) and Andres (waiter) greet you as a good friend. Any question is patiently answered (in English), the menu varied to satisfy... More

It is beautifully located next to the church in a lovely square. Food is very good and service excellent. Their roasted meat is a real treat but don't forget to indicate precisely how you want it done. Great to be able to sit outside in the sun but Aldo nice inside.

The location and service is top class But the food... We ordered mixed tapas and some croquettes and it was terrible. Strangest collection I've had ever and it did not taste good

Ravenous awaiting the usual Spanish dining hour, we wandered Ronda and very near our hotel found the lovely courtyard/plaza of Meson El Sacristan. Extremely attentive service and leisurely serial arrival of dishes that were all deeply flavored in that special Spanish fashion. Highly recommended....come hungry.

We ate twice at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was even better. We especially enjoyed the tapas, soups, and local wines.
