I was alone exploring Ronda for a day and after finding plenty of expensive tourist traps stumbled upon this place. Although it isn't the cheapest (for the record I spent €11 on pork skewers that came wrapped in ibérico ham and with patatas fritas and onions, €4 on two glasses of red wine from Ronda, and 1€ on a beer)...

We visit Ronda a few times each year and we always eat here. The food is traditional Andalucian cooking, the staff are excellent and the atmosphere is really good. Get there early, it fills up quickly with locals

This restaurant was recommended by a local gourmet shop and didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the full dish versions of tapa offerings (known as "racciones") including oxtail and swordfish which we enjoyed and found to be plentiful and very tasty. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for a table as this restaurant is quite small (about 10 tables) but...

This Bar Cafe was recommended by the front desk at the Parador Hotel in Ronda.
We walked in off the street on a cold wet night , and were treated to a feast of local cuisine . We ordered main courses of Lomo, Calimari,and Pork Steak with veg dishes of baby broad beans and chopped serrano ham lightly...
