Good food, good service

We had dinner here recently and we enjoyed it very much. We were a bit unsure about going the place as the reviews although not terrible were not fantastic either but it was late and we thought we'd give it a go. Well I have to say we were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly and... read more

Just around the corner from our hotel and as a recommendation, it was spot on. Located in historic town square. Excellent tapas selection, wine & beer, and really great atmosphere. Very popular to locals. Had drink and food until late in the evening. Great outside seating on a nice sunny day.

We went here for a late lunch just after arriving in Ronda. The restaurant was crowded with mostly locals. We shared two dishes - a risotto and the large cheese salad. The food was good, but nothing spectacular or memorable. The portions were generous and filling, but the service was rather inattentive. It took forever for the waiter to take our... More

While out walking we discovered this restaurant set in a lovely location. The restaurant was characterful although the main dining area was upstairs, we enjoyed our meal and the staff were very helpful.

I visited this restaurant with three other adult members of my family and while the food was good, it wasn't amazing or anything worth remembering. There's nothing that heating couldn't improve to help this restaurant be more enjoyable. Our host raved about this place and it is good, just not fantastic.

Excellent value and quality; recommend the Arroz negro and also the octopus. Only quibble was our corner upstairs was rather dead at lunchtime, but it was mid December and it started to pick up when we left.

Had dinner with a large group so we didn't have much to say about what we ate. The food was OK and I might have enjoyed it more if I had ordered from the menu. The decor with historic photos etc. was interesting - the house red wine was very good. Since I didn't have to pay for the dinner... More

Atmosphere was a bit lacking upstairs, mainly tourists but service was fine and meal of high quality. Extensive menu in English, tried the duck pate in Pedro X sauce - so rich you could have had it for dessert, and big quantity so suggest you share this plate.Risotto with ham and mushroom flavour - rich and creamy but finely diced,...
