Stunning location

The terrace of the resturant sits on the edge of the cliff looking across to the bridge and down to the river below - the location is stunning, get a table on the front of the terrace. We went to this restaurant having read a good review in the Lonely Planet. We were not disappointed. Wonderful view. We enjoyed a bottle of local wine with sea bream cooked in salt. Delicious fish and excellent texture and flavour. We had the prawn balls as a starter and chocolate balls for dessert. Good service too. The waiter gave us... More

We had a wonderful evening here and got a table so that we could see the sunset over the beautiful landscape. The service was good and the waiters friendly. We were very happy until the food came. We ordered sole and confit the piglet. It tasted of absolutely nothing and was served with cooked vegetables - no sauce. Our first... More

Best food I had the whole trip. I raved about the Spanish food from my first trip 28 years ago and had been very disappointed. This place bought it all back and made the trip for me food-wise. I had leg of lamb which was unbelievable. Also had a cheese plate that was amazing - it included nuts and local... More

Came here whilst in Ronda and decided to co me here for our 25th wedding anniversary Whilst it was good, don't get me wrong, it was a bit hurried, a bit lacking in atmosphere and not the excellent place we thought it would be

A very nice restaurant with views of the city. We appreciated that there were options available for vegetarians. Like most restaurants in Spain, they expect reservations.

We entered early (by Spanish standards that is, at 8:30 pm, when they opened) and did not have a reservation. Yet the welcome was warm and we got what must be their best table, in the corner with full view of the famous Puente Nuevo, beautifully lit up. We ordered the sea bass baked in salt and decided on a... More

The food in this restaurant is truly wonderful. The ingredients are local and fresh. Do not ber in a hurry though as each dish is freshly cooked and this takes a little longer but is worth the wait as the freshness leaps up off the plate. We both enjoyed all three courses - mine were vegetarian which is always a... More

We spend a couple of night in Ronda and picked with place for it's gorge-side view. We had not read the negative reviews and were glad we didn't. We had a table with an amazing view of the gorge. The serve could not have been better. Dishes were very well prepared with local produce, and was excellent. Based on our... More

We booked an early dinner (7pm) here while staying at the hotel specifically so we could savor the sunset. SO worth it. The staff was excellent. They never rushed us even though tables filled up quickly. We enjoyed a leisurely pre-dinner cocktail, then a starter before ordering. The food was good; I had the oxtail and my husband the lamb....
