I have always liked to come to this restaurant when I go mountain biking. We usually stop for some beers and appetizers and the atmosphere is always a nice vibe. If you go don't be in a rush a enjoy the food

Three partner early dinner. Excellent atmosphere, service (Hector) and food. Desserts to die for, loved that key lime pie.

We visited Rincon in late August, and Shipwreck was one of the only restaurants open when we visited. We ordered grouper and mahi-mahi fish tacos. The tacos were smothered in so much sauce that you could not taste the fish, and the fresh "crunchy" taco shells were soft and cold because they sat in the fryer too long. The bar... More

The mussels were frozen, the Jalapeño Poppers were great, with the sweet sauce, we loved it. The Grouper with almonds and coconut were awesome, with the lemon butter the flavor were excellent but with microwaveable rice and frozen veggies for $27??? Also we had a NY Steak nicely cook but again... with instant smashed potatoes and frozen veggies for $27??... More

My family loved this place. It was my little girl and my 10 month old. They are a great family restaurant. We went for dinner and happy hour. I highly recommend it!!

We decided to have lunch (3pm doors opened) at this restaurant, since it was recommended where we stayed at, plus we were craving fish tacos and they had them. Had a couple of drink and ordered the grouper tacos. They were ok. Bit messy though. Could have better flavors. Meh

The food is very average, at $20+ per dish we were expecting more. Particularly when Rincón is full of very inexpensive but delicious eateries. BTW - The kids ordered chicken tenders and got chicken nuggets instead, even they know the quality between one and the other is huge. Also, the drinks are pretty good but they're small and with too... More

The food was very good, but the service was slow as with many of the restaurants in the area. This is probably to sell as many drinks to the adults as possible because they serve the children first and don't take the adults orders until the children are finished with dessert. Overall the food was very good and it's worth... More

My husband and I make it a point to go back to Shipwreck every year. Not only are the grouper tacos awesome, we had two friendly waiters taking care of us the last time we went. Outstanding food and service, what else can you ask for? A very cold Medalla and a delicious rum fruit punch. Gracias y hasta pronto.
