Delicious lunch by the beach

Our waitress Paulette was friendly and the service was good. The mussels, grilled octopus salad and burgers were very tasty, as were the tropical drinks. The prices were reasonable and everyone in our family enjoyed their meal. I would definitely go back!

Shipwreck has a wonderful island ambiance; a predominantly open air style restaurant (covered seating) with a good menu diversity and good service. The food is tasty and well prepared and the fish fresh. The slight downside is the pricing...it seems that in general the prices are about 10-15% high for what you'd hope to see, especially for a family meal.... More

This a basic seaside restaurant. Our party of four reported a variety of enjoyment levels from excellent to poor. The vegetarian meals good, steaks indifferent.

Really tasty seafood and other. Casual dining, but excellent dining. Table and chairs in a gravel floor room. Shipwreck is not just good, but unique. We loved it ... you will, too.

If you are looking for good fresh seafood in Rincon, definitely check out Shipwreck. Outstanding! I just regret going on my last night there.

Grabbed a bit to eat at the bar right after they opened (2pm). Very friendly clientele. The Katmandu tacos are to die for - so yummy! Met one of the owners, he was super nice. The bartender was great too! Will definitely come back.

Ok, it sounds weird, but this restaurant is attached to the Tiano Dive Shop. The floor is crushed stone and the roof is just tin, but the placed stayed dry even during a torrential downpour. The NY strip was excellent.

Tried the mahi and grouper (Katmandu) tacos. Liked the grouper much more - note it is a deep fried shell. Went early on a week night, so no crowd and fast, friendly service. Outdoor restaurant but covered - surviving even the heaviest rain if you are under the corrugated roof (down hill under the tent, you may get wet). Happy... More

Entrees were not very original and many had too much food (12 oz. hamburgers are more than twice what the average person needs to eat). Most of the food you could anywhere in the US. We went early when few others were there, yet the service was rather slow and lackadaisical. Disappointing after the recommendations. Wished we had returned to... More

We've eaten here 4 times and are never disappointed. Some of our favorites are the fish dishes and the steak sandwich. The key lime pie was the best I've ever had. Another winner was the warm brownie with ice cream. We just wished the brownie was a little bigger! The wait staff couldn't have been better. They were attentive and... More
