Only OK

We were not impressed with the food here. There are so many other amazing restaurants in Rincon that I would not waste a meal here. The Mahi was very over cooked and dry, and the mofungo was bland. For the level of food I thought it was overpriced. The only reason I would go here would be to... read more

If you like good food, avoid this place like the plague. About the only edible things there are the fish bites and burgers. I had the grilled pork chops and they were total pig swill. No grill marks anywhere, tough as shoe leather, greasy and fatty. Veggies were cold, and a big mound of rice with perhaps two tablespoons of... More

My wife and I stopped in their for a quick evening meal, but it was anything but quick. It took approx 15 minutes for any of the wait staff to get around to us and then once our order was taken, it took 45 minutes before our food was served. Just prior to the food arriving, I got up to... More

Usually when you order a snapper in Puerto Rico they make some cuts across the fish which makes the fish dry. I sat at the bar outside and had a wonderful service and could see and hear the waves. Most of the restaurants when I request not to make those cuts will use the excuse that they will not be... More

It was a nice location at the end of the beach and comfortable under the covered outdoor eating area. Look at the ocean, breeze blowing etc. Service was slow-ish but friendly. Had red snapper and mofongo and would not recommend either. Just not really good compared to some other restaurants in Rincón, which was disappointing given the seafood billing. People... More

On our last day and last stop I was looking for some fried fish, Harbor is the place. The service was right on and fast. Had my fried grouper fish, mmm. It has outside sitting where you can absorb the atmosphere and beach. There was live music by locals who just get together and "jam". We danced some salsa and... More

The food is really delicious but the waitress was so bad that I will never comeback. She get angry because we ask for differents things and in the final she get mad because the tip was included in the check, only a question for curiosity because in Puerto Rico your tip only can be obligated when in your table has... I had the red snapper. The fish itself wasn't tasty, but the sauce was. The vegetables were overcooked and the rice and beans were served separately from each other. I thought it was a bit overpriced. However, my partner had a burger and fries both of which were excellent and underpriced. So it evened out. We also had flan which... More

We chose to sit outside and enjoy the beach view. It was a Monday night and it was slow. Yet our waitress was very attentive and caring. Drinks and appetizer came quickly and dinner was close behind. Excellent seafood with great plate presentation. We will be back!

I've lived 25 years in Puerto Rico and this is on the top list of caribbean food. Great restaurant by the beach, breathtaking views.
