I had my first Akai bowl here. Spectacular! The coffee is great! For all tastes, strong Puerto Rican as well as American, Vietnamese, etc. Short drive from the Beach. Go Dang!

This place has a great vibe! The atmosphere is very casual. My kids LOVED their fresh smoothies, and my husband and I enjoyed their expresso & tea.

We went to Banana Dang our first morning to get some coffee. We have been going back every morning since. Really good coffee, espresso, smoothies and snacks. If you are used to coffee that is a step above Starbucks, you will feel right at home at Banana Dang!

Wife and I loved the morning drive/trek to this high on the hill coffee spot...great coffee, great english, great service, great surfer/ people watching and conversations.OH,and your wallet will be easier to carry the rest of the day :) like many things you get what you pay for. We will be back each day until returning to the states.

If you just want a really good but simple coffee (and a piece of food to go with it), this place is crazy expensive. When the cashier tells you the total cost, you'll think: "Dang! There goes my paycheck." True, it is comfortable and well-maintained, but it's not really near anything except the Lazy Parrot.

This is a cute little place that's very different from everything around it. The atmosphere is nice, the stuff (coffee - hot and cold, smoothies and snacks) and they also offer free wi-fi.

With its hipster/surfer vibe the small shop has some good coffee and GREAT smoothies. Stop here before your morning surf or to refresh afterwards with a healthy smoothy. There is WIFI here and small eats. The place is open in the morning until mid afternoon. Well worth the trek before the surf.

Finding a good cup of coffee isn't all that easy in Puerto Rico, at least by American Starbucks-type standards, because the cultural preference is for lighter roasts and blends. So we were delighted to find a shop that makes coffees more like we're accustomed to in North America: Darkly roasted, strongly brewed, and with rich foam or hot milk. I... More

We visited Banana Dang several times during our 2 week stay in Rincon and had fantastic coffee, lattes and smoothies. I highly recommend finding Banana Dang on the "road to happiness". Kim
