What a great find. Will certainly be back

Lovely friendly staff, great food, good value and a lovely peaceful setting. Devonshire tea was amongst the best scones I've ever eaten.

Busy little establishment - great food, affordable, and nicely positioned in the Camelia Gardens. I've been a couple of times with friends. When busy, can get a little 'noisy', but is an enjoyable venue.

Went for lunch with my mum and auntie. Food was really good value and high quality. Kids play area was close by and made for a noisy environment, but is great if you have kids. Had a Pavavloa for dessert. It was really yummy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great place to take relos - especially older ones.

This place is not nearly as nice as it looks online. We arrived only to find that the whole verandah area had been booked although when we'd phoned earlier in the morning they told us there was no need to book as they were expecting a quiet day. We thought it would be a nice place to enjoy a yummy... More

Hello Katy, We are sorry you did not get a chance to experience The Teahouse balcony as you had wished. Due to the location The Teahouse can very quickly become busy if the weather changes or unforeseen customers arrive without bookings. Our young family visited the gardens park with my mother and were amazed at the beautiful flowering plants and established gardens. There is a playground for the kids and a lovely tea house restaurant which serves so much more than just tea. They had a great selection of food and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.... More

Nestled in the heart of the award winning EG Waterhouse, the teahouse is a fantastic place for a meal, coffee, or afternoon tea. Their high-tea menu is substantial and filling with a wide range of delicious tea to choose from. The teahouse will always be one of my favourites. Tip: Grab a bag of feed from the cafe, and wander... More
