a newcomer. This new restaurant in the old town of Marrakech is welcome as a calm oasis. Coulour are all in green and black( and white ) there is a large patio with a slight market feeling , then lots of terrasses ,and alcoves. As it was quite new when I went there lin February it feels a bit empty , but with Easter holidays approaching it is certainly a great place to relax during your shopping spree in the souks

Calm amongst chaos

We came across this by chance and stopped in for some tea. It's a lovely setting, an oasis among the souqs! My two year old loved the tortoise that wandered and the bird.

We stumbled on this little sanctuary by chance and we're seated straight away. The staff were extremely hospitable and the food was the best we've had during our short stay in Marrakech. We were also delighted that they served wine! All for a very reasonable price :)

There's no shortage of places to stop and rest for a drink or lunch in the heaving souks of Marrakech, but find the Jardin (quite well signposted in the NW sector of the souks) and you will step through a doorway into a haven of green, peace, and if you are lucky some classical music too. Plenty of outdoor and... More

We went here twice during our stay and thought it was brilliant both times. The first occasion was for lunch on our first day and we went on the recommendation of our riad. The food was authentic and simple and the courtyard was a great place to soak up the sun. The addition of the free roaming tortoises was also... More

We had a late dinner with a large group. The service was excellent, wine good and well served and the food was perfect. The prices are not cheap but reasonable for a similar restaurant in Marrakech. The Fig and Duck main course was delicious... though I heard similar about the lemon chicken tajin. Chocolate cake and coffee for dessert was... More

Went to Le Jardin for lunch today and it was great. Lovely atmosphere and vibe, and the food was delicious. Staff very attentive. Recommend the chicken tajine, it is extremely good. This restaurant is very beautifully decorated and clean in its design as well as green (plenty of foliage. Ice cream dessert very good too.

A lovely candlelit dinner in a peaceful, relaxed courtyard. Can recommend the 'chicken and rice', it's so much better than you'd expect!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here in a peaceful garden courtyard. The Moroccan salads and fish were delicious and the rosé wine was properly chilled. We felt there were probably quite a few new waiters who didn't completely know the ropes but they did everything with a smile which made it all fine.

Le Jardin is a lovely oasis right on the centre of the souks. We went there for an evening meal and were surprised at how peaceful it is in the middle of the garden. Most of the tables had been booked for the evening but after seeing me wander around the garden (I was only having a look!), the maitre'd... More

Visited one evening with my boyfriend. A calm oasis compared with the rough and ready souks outside. Candlelight, an abundance of greenery and soft music was great. Lovely waiters and great food which wasn't expensive. Would definitely go back.
