We visited Pequino Mundo restaurant which is located on the outskirts of Almancil towards Fonte Santa. Located down a quiet country lane in a very peaceful setting and hidden away from the hustle and bustle if the town. We were greeted by the maître de on arrival and shown to the attractive bar area which was decorated delightfully and furnished... More

As always, Pequeno Mundo lived up to our high expectations for quality of food and service. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is such that the high prices somehow are acceptable. Can't wait for August when we will return for one of our best meals of the year

We have been coming to Vale de Lobo for several years and tried many restaurants in the area but keep coming back to PM for the delightful setting, superb food and excellent service. Naturally, its not cheap but worth every penny. The Crepe Suzette are to die for!

Visited this restaurant again recently and was reassured to find it good as ever. Been going here for 15 years. Very good for a special evening or celebration. The best aspect for us is the setting - a very pretty traditional building in peaceful countryside, and tables are laid inside in a succession of softly lit, beautiful little rooms -... More

Fantastic hidden location, great staff, nothing is too much trouble. And the scallops were superb. First time here but will be back. A must if you visit here is mozzie spray, its a must if eating outside. Cant wait to go again.

Upon arrival we were looked at like scum by the other diners. We felt totally out of place as we didn't wear jackets and ties however, we thought our money is the same as everyone else's so we just got on with it. We had an amazing time at this restaurant, for seven of us the bill was euro 800.... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend that has been going there for 20 years. Our taxi driver said he'd return to collect us in 3.5 hours as he stated that the meal will be an experience and not one to be rushed....his timing was correct. We were welcomed and shown through to the courtyard for an aperitif... More
