A traditional Austrian dinner

Friendly staff seated us in the dining room with it's traditional Austrian decor, beautiful. We ate beautiful food in a calm serene atmosphere, quite a change from your usual pizzeria or bar in Lech but well worth a visit to experience the local food and culture.

While walking in Lech with our two children we stopped in to the bar to warm up with some hot chocolate. Service was good and atmosphere definitely old world. Nice experience.

It was a post office in the old days and they have a lot of historical decorations. We had dinner in the oldest room in Lech. The dove on the ceiling from the symbolized the place is watched over by the king. They serve an appetizer for free which is potato with beewax and cavier on top. And they give... More

We enjoyed a lovely steak with a Pariser butter it was to die for!! The wine that the waiter suggested was absolutely fantastic. The service was top and as I have said many time that Lech has excellent food and service. If you want to enjoy top quality food and service go to lech in Austria.

The Gasthof Post is centrally located in Lech. We were here for lunch and enjoyed the lovely weather on the terrace, which is shaded with screens and umbrella's. It is one of the more upmarket places in town (the Dutch Royal family stay here on their ski trips) and that is noticeable. The menu was quite nice with all sorts... More

This amazing hotel has the best restaurant and it is always our first stop once we arrive in Lech. Every year we go there for the best Schnitzel.

The service was terrible; staff got order wrong and then overcharged us. Really, one would expect at least acceptable service from a Relais e Chateau.
