Description: The new cool in Noosa dining is at Gaston Bar Bistro. A stylish and edgy fit out, the restaurant boats an incredible selection of food and wine. The service is relaxed and friendly. Snacking is something Gaston excels in. If you are just dropping in for a glass of Ribeauville pinot blanc or a Peroni - hit the Chinese chicken or the pizzetta or maybe a little iron pot of sizzling garlic prawns to share.

I have just left your restaurant after a wonderful dinner. My wife and our 3 children enjoyed exceptional food and amazing service. Some specific highlights... The food was excellent. The dumplings special starter was the best dumpling I have ever eaten in my life. The sashimi was fantastic, and our mains of pork belly x2, pork hock, chicken and sashimi... More

This is a small bistro located at the end of Hastings Street in Noosa. It is not on the main beach itself but I would highly recommend anyone to try this excellent eatery as it really is a fantastic little place. The food and service are par-none and they even have a half bottle selection on the wine list which... More

Loved the sashimi, curry and seafood pasta we had for dinner the other night. Elegant food knowledgable and friendly wait staff. Went back for lunch several days later after walked out of Bistro C after no body bothered to take our order after sitting there for 15 minutes!! So glad we did as Barramundi dumplings were to die for and... More

Breakfasted a couple of times with friends. Meals were nice with options for kids. Coffee was good (well made Vittoria) but perhaps could be better in light of lifting coffee standards in the precinct.

Had the two dinners and bottle of wine special and it was wonderful. Both main dishes were great and the wine was also great. We only drank half the bottle so we took the remainder home :) Highly recommended

I used to live in Noosa Heads a couple of years ago and I loved it. Gaston was one of my fav places to go for a coffee, an Espresso Martini, and least but not last, a Bloody Mary as aperitiif before dinner. I had lunch and dinner as well and they always have specials and particular mains on their... More

Best crab spaghettini we have had ever. Pasta al dente, fresh tomatoes, garlic, chillies and herbs tossed with local spanner card. Divine. Staff are courteous and attentive without being intrusive. Bonus is definitely that it is also BYO. The corkage at $5.00 per head is worth it if you like something with age. In saying that they have a good... More

Had the special dinner, which included a nice bottle of wine. Had the duck and to be quite frank it was far better than a much more expensive restaurant in the area. My husband is vegetarian. His dinner didn't look quite as good but he was very happy with it as he was with the cost of the meal. Its... More

The standard of the week day specials are great, we've been with several times with small groups and have always been pleased with the standard, service and presentation. Consistent and yum!
