We had a lovely lunch sitting outside overlooking the river. All our meals where delivered promptly and where delicious. Lots of fresh salads and seafood. The waitresses where a real standout. Very friendly and professional. Probably the nicest service I have encountered in a while. Really lovely place to sit and chill out. Will go back again.

We tried the beef baguette and pork baguette - really disappointed. Both were $18 each and whilst the pork tasted good I wouldn't say it was with even $10. The beef was chewy and this was left on the plate. Worst meal of stay in Sunshine Coast.

Four of us up from interstate had a wonderful Saturday morning breakfast here last weekend. Great menu, excellent coffee, newspapers, friendly attentive staff. Perfect start to our Noosa holiday weekend

when we arrived the female staff member made us feel like we were a nuisance, this was confirmed by a male staff member, and continued throughout our visit. Such a shame as the decor, food, wine were all good.

Well situated at the corner of Thomas St. and Gympie Terrace, overlooking Noosa River, diners have choice of inside or outside (but weatherproof) seating. Nice bistro type menu with oysters, entree, terrines, salads and mains duck, steak, seafood, chicken etc. Quality ingredients - e.g. tried the Berkshire pork and was nice and moist with perfectly cooked vegetables. Extensive wine list.... More

This place has a prime location right on the corner overlooking the river. It is well laid out on two levels with open space letting the warm breeze flow in. The food was very good as was the service. Prices may be a little high but in keeping with the location and quality of the food it balances out.

I really liked the atmosphere and vibe here. Very friendly service too. I really enjoyed the bisque entree, but the steak dinner was quite standard.

We hadn’t tasted David Rayner’s food since he sold River Cottage. We looked at Thomas Corner on our last visit to Noosaville, but didn’t eat there as we thought the seating was a bit strange. To be honest we still think so. A variety of seating which probably suits breakfast and lunch, but very little comfortable seating for a relaxed... More
