Amazing food.

The food here was delicious. Each course is tiny but the flavours just explode in your mouth. the service was 10/10. They were attentive and helpful. It was a very memorable evening. It was pricey but we were happy to pay for such a special night of dining.

We travel and like to take in different experiences This restaurant was below average of what we would normally get in Sydney. Poor food delivery can wait up to 30minutes between meals or 3 dumped oat once. These chiefs should go to Sydney and check the 3 best in Sydney and see where they are getting it wrong.

Amazing fresh Japanese food, beautiful presentation, great service and a relaxed atmosphere even with 2 kids in tow! The kids loved their 3-course meal too.

Another we've only just had the opportunity to visit , and it's been long anticipated. We've traveled Japan extensively , and frequently , and have hosted Japanese Students , so we are consciously aware of many of Japanese nuances. So , we had very high expectations , and today , the experience matched the expectation perfectly. We chose the Wakeru... More

Wasabi must be classed among the very best dining experiences in Australia. Their degustation menu delivered on the promise.

This is a great restaurant experience. The menu is approachable and easy to understand and in our case every course exceeded expectations. It is a restaurant we will talk about for many years to come and will recommend to friends.

When we read on TA that Wasabi's menu had changed we were mortified! We found this lovely restaurant many years ago and were delighted with the elegant menu and sublime presentation. It is only a small place in Quamby Place, five minutes in a cab from Hastings Street or a 15-20 minute stroll. If you're planning to drink some wine... More

We started with some edamame and a sample of a pumpkin soup. Fabulous tastes. The sashimi was unbelievable. Scallop, tuna, Salmon, kingfish and one other. Next was a tempura from heaven. I recognised the oyster and king prawn, but there was something else on my plate. So subtle but so tasty. Next was the romu(?). Lamb belly. And we had... More
