Oh my god! this estauant went beyond our expectations. We visited in late August and came for my partners birthday for dinner. Unfortunately it rained so we didn't get to experience the beautiful views at sunset as the plastic balcony covers were drawn, other than the weather everything was perfect. We ate: cured local fish, pickled cucumber, cucumber oil, toasted... More

A wonderful location by the river, this has been a local institution for years. A perfect setting for the progressive lunch with the Noosa Long weekend and a great venue to share with friends - the poached snapper was more enjoyable for sheer pleasure than the more innovative course at its neighbour, Wasabi.

Amazing service - our drinks were filled regularly and all of our questions were answered instantly. Amazing food - 10 out of 10. Definitely a favourite when visiting Noosa.

The room and service are relaxed and classy at the same time. The food is clever without pretension, loved the scallops and shoulder of lamb. Wine list and cocktails were exceptional too. Perfect location for lunch and on a Sunday lunch they look after kids at their companion restaurant next door. Never fails to please.

Had heard really good reports about this restaurant but I think it is a little overpriced for what you get. The location is great and right on the water with a lovely feel to it. The menu had a good range however I felt it was expensive for what you got. This is one of those restaurants where you do... More

There is no better spot than Ricky's on the Noosa River on a sunny day and it is usually the first place to head for. The service is always good and the ambience excellent. This last visit we felt the food missed something. It tried hard, perhaps too hard to be creative but it seemed to have missed the mark... More

We have eaten at Rickys over the last few years and have never been disappointed. The Restaurant is right on the river with a jetty that the local ferry picks up and drops off. With glass walls the views and atmosphere is wonderful. Staff are always attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selection. The menu is very... More

Driving and flying, we travelled 1920 Km to lunch at Rickys. It was a surprise birthday party and a family reunion. What excitement, and what a location. Rickys sits on the bank of the Noosa River and the view from our long table was superb. Having breakfasted six hours earlier we were ready for a feast and we were not... More

Great ambience, service, desserts, location, view, beverage list - BUT although all in our party ordered our wagyu beef sirloin and short rib medium-rare we all got our meal "well done"! Spoilt what could have been a great course. We enjoyed our friends company and had a great night, but were dissapointed in the meal.

We have been here before but that was maybe a couple of years ago. We were shown to our table near the window overlooking the water, although dark outside still the pick of the seating. We were looked after but one of the best wait staffers we have ever met, Debbie. We shared the coffin bay oysters (brilliant) Sourdough bread... More
