When only the best will do

Whenever we are in Noosa this is our go to restaurant and over many years I can only remember one average meal and that was when the owner was not in the kitchen. He was there this time. This restaurant is a lesson to anyone in the restaurant business. Our grilled fish (Mahi Mahi) was cooked to... read more

Grind is always very busy, so that fact alone speaks volumes. We went for breakfast - nothing fancy but good tasty food at a reasonable price. I had one of the specials - omelette with bacon, pesto and feta. It was a generous serve and I enjoyed it very much. Excellent coffee as always. Gorgeous spot opposite the Noosa River.

We were bought to this restaurant with locals last night - obviously this place is a must for all locals - what a great restaurant ! It was packed on a Friday night and the staff seemed on first name basis with many of the diners . All the food looked fabulous but we chose carefully as we had been... More

At the end of March, four of us went to Gusto (two of us had not been before) and we had a wonderful lunch celebrating my husband's birthday. The menu was quite extensive with everything sourced fresh each day and as local as possible. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Seafood is sourced locally as are as many of the... More

We enjoyed a superb lunch here on Mother's Day. The menu was interesting, and offered a good range of choices. Located on the main road of Noosaville with views across the river, it made for a very relaxing occasion. The wait staff were friendly, and very attentive, despite being busy.

Absolutly fantastic experience. Don't miss the papaya and shrimps salad. The tasmanian beef stake is highly recommended for beef lovers. We came without expectations and ended up with the best meal we had in Australia.

We dined at gusto's a couple of weeks ago and couldn't wait to go back, we were not disappointed. The Tasmanian Pacific oysters tasted as they'd just been shucked, We then had the most delicious entrée of Pancetta wrapped figs with goats curd with walnut chilli and coriander dressing, We shared this and I wanted more. Our main was Mooloolaba... More

Superb is a word that springs to mind for every aspect of our experience con gusto on a balmy April evening. We and our teenage daughter shared the prosciutto plate and half a dozen oysters with deliciously subtle watermelon topping, followed by barramundi, salmon and the best duck leg on the coast, but beyond compare was the pistachio creme brulee... We had read great reviews of Gusto and indeed we had eaten here three years ago....6 of us went including 2 teenagers. We ordered a big cross section of meals including the fish of the day, the ravioli and the steak, all meals were beautifully presented, good portions and tasted delicious....the service was attentive and efficient, will definitely go back...
