I recently visited Williamstown for work with a large contingent of people (approx 60) and we approached the owner of Al Porto Vecchio to see if he would be interested (and more importantly, able to) in meeting our dinner requirements as we were working some really long hours. Much to our delight, he and his team not only offered us... More

We were enticed in by the $12 parma and were seated fairly quickly. Service was avaerage, food took a long time to come, had to steal cutlery from next table as none were supplied. Food was average, but a good choice of meals from the $12 menu and even a $14 porterhouse. Good for a cheap feed and decent view... More

Looking for a quick lunch we accidently came across this place. Easy, casual and friendly attitude of the staff saw us spending a pleasant afternoon, The waiter suggested a wine which couldn't be faulted. Food good, although somewhat basic great taste and great value. I certainly will return to this establishment again.

Left after 20 minutes. After being told where to sit we waited and waited. No service at all. Cutlery, menus, drinks were no existent. Absolute joke

Havent been here for 15 years wont be back for another 15. Food indescribably bad. Had entree and main. Dips ok. Bruschetta was not bread but pita with tomatoes dumped in the middle of it. Table not cleared when mains came out and the useless waiters still crowded mains on to table. Mains chucked on plate no presentation. Salt shaker... More

We go guite often and we love the $12 Shanks for Lunch. It was a bitterley cold Melbourne day, so sitting by the fireplace was lovely. We also enjoy the Big Breakfast on weekends. Usually go Mothers Day or Fathers Day. The service is good and the food is good. Honest meals, My father is 87 and he enjoys this... More

This restaurant is just ok. The parmigiana is ok, as is the fish and chips, steer clear of the Caesar salad, it has tomatoes and olives in it.. not a traditional Caesar at all . They have a standard special menu for $12.00 and they are BYO, so it is good for a cheap meal, but beware, the corkage is... More

I took my client here for lunch. Service was lovely and quiet helpful. Open fireplace on and was lovely. My clients meal was lovely. I ordered a Greek salad made from iceberg lettuce shredded and too much balsamic vinegar. I was disappointed in my meal😞

Was keen for some traditional Italian Pizza but this wasn't it. Heavy, thick base. Very uninspiring. And the diet coke wasn't diet coke. Quite disappointing.
