Our family visited Al Porto Vecchio on Sunday 18th Jan. Service was horrible waited 20min plus for a drink to then be told they mixed up our drink order! We sat in the courtyard out back very run down and dirty! Hubby ordered the chicken al verdo (creamy chicken pasta) way too much oil! We could have poured the oil... More

Early dinner or late lunch? We didn't care because the fish and chips were cooked perfectly and the drinks were cold. Staff were attentive and we'd definitely go back when in Williamstown.

I've been many times but the quality has deteriorated. The atmosphere has become disappointing. It is expensive for what food is served... and when a restaurant has to order in dessert from a frozen Gelato dessert company, and the dessert is still somewhat frozen when served (the chocolate cake I ordered was still icy inside), it's just not on. It... More

OK It's not the most expensive place in the world, but not cheap either... On a sunny Sunday we chose to eat in the courtyard which is a little neglected and shabby... Bird droppings on the furniture was a hint as to their attention to detail. We ordered Bloody Mary's to start... Very basic, no garnish in a red wine... More

Promising start with a well advertised menu outside on a blackboard. I had the steak sandwich and fries and although well cooked, it was thrown between two pieces of lightly toasted bread. The other order considered of fish and salad and although the fish was reported as tasty and cooked well, the salad was predominantly salad still wet from washing.... More

This gem was found recently at the Safeway Complex on Korroit Creek Road. I believe previously situated in glum Ferguson Street. Everything is tops! Delightful family business run so proficiently. Fresh delightful authentic pastas, the pizzas magnificent and traditional Such a busy ambience with dedication and love of food paramount.

I don't even know where to start with this review. Firstly the table was filthy and we had to ask twice before somebody cleaned it. Then we ordered. One of our group ordered a steak, the waitress did not even ask how he would like it done, ok not a big deal. Then I ordered a Sauvignon Blanc and got... More

We boarded the ferry at Southbank and headed to Williamstown for the day. Unfortunately because of the weather in the initial part of the day the Sunday market wasn't happening. By the time we reached Williamstown our coats came off to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Up to point Gellibrand and back down past all the restaurants trying to pick which... More
