It's small, but homey. An absolute favourite, a little out of the main run, but worth it. The food it tasty, fresh and well portioned. :)
Loved the position across the road from the beach! Service was friendly and the coffee and breakfast was wonderful!
Coffee OK but not great, but the service, ambience and location wonderful. And that Big Breakfast...
Havent been here for 1 year but decided to try again. Food was very tasty, bacon crispy and delicious. Food came out for us in less than 5 minutes. And the value was also good for breakfast. Will come back !
We went yesterday for lunch with friends, had to wait in line for 10 minutes to order, our drinks arrived quite quickly. We had chocolate milkshakes, I liked mine as it wasn't over flavoured and sickly sweet my partner thought they were a little under flavoured. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food which was a ham and... More
food was great. We had a great breakfast here. Place was relaxed although was busy and the only table we could get was outside in the cold. Maybe a few more heaters for those chilly mornings. We also had to wait over 45mins for our food. We were explained that there would be a wait, but would have been nice... More

Moby's menu gave me the option to order a serve of sourdough toast and add the extras I wanted without the eggs. Prices were reasonable. Food quality was very good. The... More
Moby's captures the mood of Torquay so well: Relaxed, friendly, eclectic and a touch irreverent. Nothing too serious happening at this restaurant - except the food, which is simply brilliant! Our first choice of restaurant in Torquay and some of the best meals in town.
OK, we spent a few weeks thinking about how to note this unfortunate experience. Time does not dim the bad taste. Simple lunches should not take almost an hour. And bathrooms should be clean. Many other reviews have noted how slow it can be and they are to be believed. Three pies of the day with salad, one salmon bruschetta... More
