Awesome, home cooked food!

The emphasis here is on good quality, English inspired local food. More tea varieties to choose from than I'd ever seen and old English favourites to choose from. We stopped for a cuppa but decided to have lunch and were so glad we did. I had the plough mans lunch, with Brie followed by a spotted dick pudding. Brilliant.

We stayed across the road in the Big4 and just dropped in for takeaway coffee, However when we went inside we knew we would have to go back. So the next day breakfast was fantastic and the service is amazing which matches the coffee. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in or travelling past Port Fairy. And also check... More

We stayed here as it was booked by an Australian agent who was putting together our tour, the rooms were very well appointed and we cooked a barbecue for ourselves in the evening, however the room was a bit noisy from road traffic and we were disappointed that we were only permitted one wifi connection per room, we both have... Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry for only being able to allow one device at a time. however it is due to the service being limited in this small town and not our doing. Telstra, our chosen carrier, offers a very poor level of service to this town, that we are obliged to live... More

Six of us visited and sampled the cream tea with cranberry and orange and plain scones both with homemade blueberry jam and thick double cream. The sun was warm; the pastries were absolutely DIVINE; the massive array of teas was eye-watering. Earlier in the day, we had also enjoyed the cooked breakfasts at Clonmara. Absolutely fabulous!!!

Recommend the scones, they were fantastic, the coffee was also excellent. The courtyard quaint and very relaxing. The service was also great. I can also recommend the accommodation, try to book the rooms at the back of the property, they have balconies too,

We stayed in Port Fairy and visited this delightful tea room twice while we were there. Beautiful garden at the back, great service and lovely staff. Excellent Ploughman's lunch best we have had in Victoria! Good value for money.

This tearoom definitely takes me back to any English tearoom you would find in a country town in Britain. We came here for a late breakfast and had kippers and poached eggs and black pudding, which tasted absolutely beautiful. The tea options are very extensive, very befitting of an English tearoom. We didn't know about the rooms that we could've... More

Had a light lunch and lovely tea at this place. Staff very friendly, quite small, but a lovely garden out the back with more seating . Lots of different teas to choose from, a good place to relax and read a book.
