We went in the evening looking for food in the area and the staff could be bothered too much. When asked about whats available we were just shoved a menu and the staff member walked away.

There are many great eateries on Phillip Island but Gullivers is a benchmark. Friendly, Great Atmosphere and Great Food.

We stopped in for breakfast .... For $16.90 a tradies breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, tomatoe, baked beans ( though very small serve of these) , sausage, mushrooms and toast, plus a coffee of our choosing. The food was nice though I had not realised that they only accept cash except at the bar so be aware of that if... More

My wife and I dropped in for lunch as we were wandering in Cowes. The waitress behaved as if we were an annoyance and interrupting her time off before we even sat down.A different waitress was a little better with the menu and then we waited for 15 minutes just for water. The food was even slower and hardly worth waiting for... Bad service. Really average food. All packaged frozen stuff that seems to be just heated up. Anti pasto was something shocking worse that what you'd get pre packaged at the supermarket. Highlight was the pre prepared wedges. Coffee was good but if I came back that's all I'd get.

So glad we didn't read the reviews here before going or we would've avoided it. We were looking for some brunch on a cold, rainy Monday and picked this place as it was closest to where we'd parked the car! The staff member who took our order at the counter was friendly and we were told to find a seat... More

We came for lunch with our 3 kids (aged 7, 5 and 3) and although it was nice to sit in the warm and there's an open fire, the food was very average. Kids meal fish and chips good size but fish was either not cooked properly or terrible. I'm sure our meals of pasta & curry of the day... More

We dropped in for a warming coffee and were pleased to be greeted by just as warm staff and a fire to warm our outsides as well. The coffee was OK but not the best ever.
