We came here a few times for a relax to sit outside in the sunny weather with a coffee or drink and a cake. A great selection of pastries and cakes to choose from, coffee was very good and the pies were delicious. On the main street so you sit and watch the small world go by............worth a pop in

Okay, so they got our order wrong but what's more important, they did everything they could to put it right. Coffee was okay but a little disappointed given the rep it had in KI info brochures.

We had a quick lunch. One problem was that no knife was provided to butter roll with the soup. Has to battle with a spoon to spread. Couldn't find cutlery stand. Soup was tasty. The toasty was to have salad, but didn't.

At $46-00 for two egg and bacon breakfast's my friend and I were expecting something really good, the poached eggs were runny, the bacon looked like it had hardly been cooked and was cold, the half of tomato had jus on it for some reason and it came with salad! What's that about! !!!! Never again!

A varied mix of cafe, news agency and wine tasting. We strolled the magazine aisles before enjoying the delicious tomato, bacon and basil soup for lunch. Lunch places are extremely limited in Kingscote so make this no.1.

Roger's Deli not only had scrumptious potato leek soup, complete with a tiny loaf of bread with butter, there was the largest collection of magazines I've ever seen for sale. It's a homey place, with seats outdoors as well as inside, and lots of people who looked like locals eating there. My husband enjoyed his hot dog "with the lot",... More

Was looking for a place for afternoon tea and found this place. There's a good selection of cake as compared with another cafe that we passed by. The quality of the food is average at best. We find it a little too sweet.

My wife and I had a nice afternoon meal here and Roger seemed very pleasant. The portions were good and both of us loved the desserts. Well worth a stop.

very average food.Average coffee. About twenty years out of date and that is probably because the service is so excruciatingly slow, and when they catch up with the real world, if, they might be more than mediocre. You can forgive average food catering for the average masses but to wait 15 minutes to even order a coffee and then another... More
