We popped in for dinner without a reservation and loved every aspect of the dining experience. The food was amazing, the service was exemplary and the wine list covered a range of tastes. We had the $75 degustation and The 'small' plates were definitely our favorite. We will return.

We dined here last Friday night on a whim. Googled restaurants in Mooloolaba and this one came up. The food is Asian fusion and absolutely mouth wateringly good. We had scallops, salmon tartare, both so good but the winner of the night was the kangaroo, cooked Korean BBQ style. These were all 'small plates' and we followed it with a... More

What a delicious find! Menu appeared simple but each dish was well thought out - beef fillet was wagyu beef, Bangalow pork cheek was cooked sous vide style - melts in your mouth. The pineapple rum sundae was a light tangy finish to a lovely dinner. All Yum! Staff was efficient and food was presented beautifully. We were lucky to... More

Such a great addition to dining at Mooloolaba. We went back a second time. Loved it!! It reminded us of Chin Chin in Melbourne. The staff are all fantastic. Food was fabulous

This restaurant is rated #1 on the Sunshine Coast and offers so much potential. The staff were lovely and the service efficient. The food is presented beautifully and of very high quality. Noisy indoors but still gorgeous. But, a restaurant of this calibre, price, and reputation most definitely should understand coeliac disease and the implications for food ingredients and preparation... More

Great food!! Full of all different flavours! Deff has its name right as 'spice bar' the 'options' on the menu are the best way to experience all the foods that they offer!! Would go back so many more times

From the onset there were greetings of great warmth even though there had been some reticence to enquire about such a grand setting. Upon being shown seating at the bar, as we'd not made a booking, we then embarked upon a most memorable meal. While I am a food adventurer, my partner likes to quest on the gentle rolling plains.... The degustation menu was such a treat. Great to be served delicious food that I would never order myself. Lovely options for my 5 year old son too.

Managed to get in for dinner on a Tuesday evening after making a booking for 6pm. We were first ones there but within half an hour the place was packed. Now the food is asian but with a difference. Nothing we had ever experienced in Australia and so it made it a real treat. We had tasting plates such as... More

I can imagine if you go to Spice Bar once, it is very nice. However, as local we went here a couple of times and we were quite disappointed about the variety in menu. Food is ok but be a bit more creative and think of something new guys!
