We visited twice while staying nearby in January 2014. For lunch I chose a steak sandwich and it was good value and delicious as I was starving because we had just arrived in town. The next night 7 Jan we arrived to find the place packed so we were lucky to get a table for two on a Tuesday night.... More

Do not bother. Rude staff, everything is over priced. We did not feel welcome from the moment we walked in. There are plenty of beautiful cafés along the Main Street that are much better.

Helpful staff. Plenty happening when we visited (Friday night). Great food at slightly higher prices than expected but still value for money and plenty of choice.

The staff when first walking in are very rude, girls who act stuck up and look down their nose at you very rude and unwelcoming. The food is not that good and ridiculously over price. Although the club was busy as we visited in January, the meal was worth the wait. Our table overlooked the ocean and we enjoyed our meal which was well presented and tasted delicious while looking at million dollar views. Absolutely worth a visit.

Came back to surf club for first time in while with family. Always a pleasure to go there, with the friendly staff. Long wait for table and food as it was so busy, as it's one of the most popular restaurants in Mooloolaba. Great priced kids meals which came with ice cream and drawing stuff which kept them occupied while... More

We had been to this club a few times before and decided to try it again. Went in for dinner at 6.30pm. The bistro was very crowded, long line to order food, the place was crammed full, tables and chairs very close together and place very noisy. Although they did have a girl taking you to a table, which was... More

While staying in Mooloolaba, it is certainly worth a visit to the Surf Club for the daily roast dinner. The chicken, pork and beef are cooked to perfection, the roast potatoes are almost too good and the steamed veggies are delicious. There are also several gravies to choose from, as well as mustards and sauces. From memory, there used to... More
