Visited recently and was saddened to discover how badly downhill this place has gone. Food was over priced and over cooked. Only positive was our lovely waiter Dale.

Clearly I wasn't the only one sadly disappointed by this exclusive looking and pretending establishment From the word go the table service was lacking. A wine waiter appeared took an order then never reappeared We had to wait for a side order of bread to be baked at 630 on a Saturday night????? When it did it was awful The... More

We've been to Oscars before, but after last night, I am wondering if it was Chef's night off (doubtful for a Saturday night) or if their standards have slipped. The food was OK, but not great. Nicely presented but NOT a 5 or even a 4 star meal. At half the price, I would have thought the meal was fair. Whilst... More

It's a great location, with Oskars set right by the beach at Burleigh Heads. Food is fancy, all very tasty. A starter can be extended to be a mains course which is always good. Somehow it just didn't work for us this visit. We were out for a meal with some friends, the next table was full on rowdy, great... More

While this restaurant is expensive, there is nowhere else quite like it. The food is 5 star, if 2 of you can decide on the same meal the 2 person platters are even better! And the view… no words would do it justice

I need to preface this review with the fact that we took five year old twins and, based on ou girls' past behaviour, did not expect the night to be entirely smooth sailing. It was past their bed time and we were all hungry. My concerns were unfounded. There was a kids menu and our waiter was the absolute star... More

Lunch with my gorgeous nephew and husband. A view that is sublime lots of renovations on the building so attendances appear down but fabulous oysters from coffin bay South Australia and we shared a chateaubriand between three which came with roast vegetables salads beautiful mash and all the accompaniments just delicious. Chocolate fondue with the sparkler for the nephews birthday.... More

Enjoyed breakfast here, it was a beautiful day with an exquisite view all the way up to surfers paradise. This place would be great for the view alone, but the fact they offer great food to compliment the view definitely makes me want to go back at first opportunity. I was visiting the Gold Coast from Brisbane and frequently dine... More

The torn carpet reflected the abysmal food served in this former fine dine restaurant. The ricotta in the zucchini flowers tasted off, and I was shocked that a restaurant could serve cold polenta gnocchi with boiled peas. Please don't go here - the glamour days of this restaurant are over.
