Terrible overpriced food. Avoid

Lunch for two with coffee was `$60. The food was slimy and bland (especially the famed moussaka - at $20!). One had to order and pay at the front counter - even the menus seemed grubby and tired. To their credit, the staff were upbeat and helpful.

Went here with a group of friends, the choice of fresh food was nice, a bit expensive, even if your in Leura. Staff were friendly and the food of course is served quickly. I would probably not eat there again as there are more nicer eateries in the vicinity.

Had a varied selection from the menu. Average quality & average service. AirCon wasn't on- stifling for many. Pricing was "ok" but I use that term liberally. Would try another venue.

On New Year's Day we decided to visit Leura on our way to the 3 sisters we decided to have our lunch. Meals were horrible bland and substandard. Blue mountains area is known for its good food and resistance to poorly prepared fast food like McDonald's KFC. But honestly I would gladly have a cheese burger than ordering here. Secondly... More

Drove for 3 hrs to see this place relatively busy and ordered cabinet food that got heated and was bland & ordinary. My choice - the owner's grandmother's 100 yr old recipe was disappointing - I'm sure they had salt in those days! It's nearly NY's Eve and places around Sydney seem to be short staffed . . . Really... More

We had lunch during a tour at this place and were pleasantly surprised. The food was wonderful, the staff attentive and efficient, and the manager friendly and engaging. It's nothing fantastic but good, solid, dependable food that tastes good. It was a quaint, cute little place with a lot of character that we would return to if in the area... More

Great food, friendly and the owner tells people to call in for breakfast if the lights are on. I often call in there and enjoy a coffee at the street table before leaving for my photography start point. Last week it was cool with a gentle breeze blowing and nobody around but me. Love the place.

Popped in for a coffee. A terrible flat white. Accepted an offer for another one, still terrible. Why can't Australians make a good coffee anymore? We used to be well known for our coffee making skills. The milk is so supposed to be silky, not like an instant with a bit of crema on top and certainly not boiling hot.... More

I went there with my husband on an organised trip. We had a choice of 5 dishes which sounded good but upon arrival to my mind they were all ghastly. Overcooked, stodgy and un appetising can't remember when I had a worst meal. The waitress was kindness its self shame about the food.

The staff obviously thought they hadn't insulted me enough when they huffed and puffed at me for not knowing where the menus were, so they served me a bitter flat white and a rubbery bowl of pasta, both overpriced, just to make sure I knew I wasn't welcome there. Don't worry guys, I won't be coming back.
