Stopped here after a mountain bike ride for breakfast, I had a chai latte (not that powdered crap) it was lovely, we ordered scrambled eggs with toast, plus full breakfast, great food. Lovely staff. Would recommend it.

Very cute addition to the Hattery next door, great to see a connection in businesses. We had breakfast here during our winter getaway - great menu at a good price, with some interesting options in addition to the standard and much loved bacon and eggs. One of the kids had a Mars Bar Milkshake that was given the thumbs up.... More

Kids eat free between 5.00pm and 6.00pm with Adults ordering off the normal menu and kids getting a good choice from the kids menu. Great friendly service, quick and kids served well in advance to keep them happy.

Place was a little chaotic, were considering turning around but then a lovely and comical gent looked after us and we were glad we visited. Food was good, barra burger and chic risotto was lovely but the wedges were amazing! Wifi is really good too. Worth poking head in.

Kattomba has more cafe's than you can poke a stick at. And being an "alternative" type of place you'd expect lots of the cafes to offer decent gluten free and vegetarian options. Well not so! But the little Hatter's Cafe does exactly that. It caters for the big carnivores in our family as well as those of us that are... More

I only had breakfast in this cafe this morning, because it was central. The temperature was already soaring to 29deg C and I was hoping for some cool respite. There was no air conditioning and only one fan. The breakfast menu was not bad, but not being that hungry, I ordered coffee and croissants with jam. The coffee tasted burnt... More

While the cafe didn't appear to be very busy we waited 45 mins to receive a cold breakfast and 50 mins for coffee. The food was disappointing and poor value for money.

Expensive, terrible cooking, all four meals were a mixture of over and under cooked, so some hot, some cold. Slow, people were walking out when we were there. Staff were poorly trained and inept, but that's the fault of the owners, surely?

Terrible food, I actually couldn't eat it! Service was rude. Just terrible. There are do many other places on Katoomba st to eat, don't bother with this place
