Great breakfast and decent coffee. The service was friendly. A good range of choices on the menu. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Other than the friendly service there was not much good about this cafe. The food was very bland, average and overpriced.

Yummy desserts & tasty ice coffee. Friendly staff give us nice recommendation of list of desserts and suggestion of drinks to go with it. Clean & easy to find.

This is an Aussie café which is on the same premises as their other interest: Aussie gear (drizabones etc.) The food is what you'd expect (reasonable) but I think the prices are far too high.

We loved the pumpkin and macadamia soup with a bread roll. Just what you need on a cold wet night. Nothing to dislike.

She took our drinks order straight away and they came out quite quickly and the coffees were to die for, strong and hot!! Food was beautiful also. We had Canadian breakfast which was very big and tasty,... More

We found Hatter's to be a good restaurant. The food was lovely and the portions generous. The staff even gave my children a book to read while they were waiting for their food. The staff were friendly and I'm surprised at the poor reviews the restaurant has received. One thing which could certainly be improved is the quality and cleanliness... More

My husband and I used to visit hatters regularly for dinner. We were always served by the same waitress who was absolutely wonderful! She was young but mature and got along well with all the customers making sure to remember their usual orders which is always nice! Unfortunately we came to katoomba last Wednesday for dinner and have now learnt... More
