Great for a romantic celebration

Special - my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff couldn't have done more. The food and wine were excellent and watching the sun go down over the blue mountains is a great experience

Dined at the newly furbished Hydro Majestic, Medlow Bath, Blue Mountains. Out of the three restaurants in the Blue Mountains we dined at this one was 3rd on the list for the quality of the food. Service was good, cost astronomical for what was offered! The place itself is one of exceptional beauty, overlooking the Megalong Valley at sunset is... More

Went there for lunch on Thursday. After waiting 30 minutes for 2 cups of water, 1 chips, 1 coffee, 1 panini and 1 baguette, the baguette was stale and over cooked and most of it was inedible. We were not the only table that found this to be the case, scanning the room we noticed 3 tables who left most... More

When my sister-in-law came to visit us during the Christmas last year, my husband and I decided to treat her with a High Tea in Hydro Majestic Winter Garden. It was quite popular because I had trouble to book for a Friday and we booked a Saturday instead. We were lucky to get a seat by the window. Looking down... More

The newly opened Hydro Majestic Hotel in the Blue Mountains is so worth a visit. One of the best views of the Megalong valley. Sits on a cliffs edge and has been an iconic hotel since people have been visiting the Blue Mountains. World heritage and refurbished to Art deco as it was originally. We had high tea offering an... We are local and have been waiting along time for the Hydro to reopen and share all that we have been promised. We stopped by and had a wander around the complex, mmmmmmm... poorly designed. Walking from the car park you pass the boiler house cafe, I will review that later. The concrete shed that is the deli, coffee and... More

The booking lady's response to "can I request for a table with a view please" was "everyone asks for that". 2. The web site... More
