Quiet but lovely food.

Lovely ambience, good service and quality food. Breakfast was a good selection and the dinner on a Friday night was excellent.

Ok but over priced lacking in atmosphere. Feels staid and not comfortable trying to be formal but shouldn't be.

We stayed here for one night. It's overpriced but worth it for the view. The food was excellent and was the best breakfast we had and dinner was wonderful.

We visited for lunch and the food was fabulous, unfortunately the balcony was closed for a private function which was disappointing, but this didn't spoil our lunch. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was delicious and we managed to get a table by the window. The views are fabulous, wine list and food menu were great.

My wife and I had a memorable family birthday lunch at the Echoes Restaurant, accompanied by our children and their spouses, to finish off a weekend holiday in the Blue Mountains. The views from the restaurant were stunning on the day. We could not have been much closer to the edge of the escarpment. The food and service were very... More

Had lunch here on a Saturday. Servers were attentive, and the food was ok, just very over priced for what you get ($40 mains). You're essentially paying for a view.

Had dinner here last week and didn't get to enjoy the visual aspects of the location in the dark. Entrée of so called Tempura prawns with bean/pea sprout salad. Batter was thick gluggy and greasy while the salad was tough, stringy and poorly dressed - almost uneatable. Partner had the duck liver pate which was really awful - very slimy... More

Had both dinner and breakfast at Echoes. The dinner was excellent, carefully served with welcome gaps between courses. There was a good choice of dishes, all nicely plated and a pleasure to eat. Breakfast was also excellent, with hot dishes made to order and a wide choice. Continental buffet added to this, with breads, cereals, cold items and fruit. By... More

The great view and ambience of this restaurant is let down by poor service resulting in a disappointing meal at a high price (mains $40, deserts $26). Waiter service was basic especially as we had to clear our own entree plates when they had placed our main meal around them. The waiter didn't appear to understand etiquette of clearing plates... The restaurant has the atmosphere you would like in a high end blue mountains restaurant. The staff were efficient and the food was beautiful. There are many tables which has great views over the valley.
