The view was breathtaking, the service was great but the food was only slightly above average and not quite worth the pricetag. I think this would be a great place for a light lunch.

With a dearth of good restaurants in this town, Echoes was an oasis on a cold evening. It was warm, the staff were welcoming. Overall though, the food was overpriced, and both the entree and main courses I ordered had Asian flavours which were bland, needed a squeeze of lime, a hint of chili. The rest of the party enjoyed... More

Nice surrounds, decent enough service but the food was way overpriced. My main (which arrived cold) would have been elsewhere priced at $30 to $35 and the dessert would have been $15 max. With 1 glass of wine, we got socked around $85 per person. In my books, that is ridiculous.

We ate here as part of a bigger group. The food was just ok, but the big thing that made this terrible was the following. Our group was being served alternately with the main meals. The waitress was bringing me my meal but on her way, was stopped by someone else in our group around four people down the table... More

We stayed at Lilianfels across the road and had dined at the spectacular Darley's restaurant the night before. Echo's Restaurant is owned by the same people so we had high expectations. Sadly I was disappointed. The restaurant itself was good and the staff were very friendly but the food was very ordinary. The menu did have some interesting items but... More

We have eaten here previously and it was just spectacular. However this visit was honestly a little disappointing. We could not fault the service or the atmosphere, however the food was quite frankly extremely overpriced. It was ok, the food was fine, but for the prices you're paying I'd expect more complex flavours and a little more imagination. The lamb... More

A beautiful view of the Jammison valley from your restaurant seat. The restaurant is very boutique which makes it feel intermittent. We had a beautiful long lunch and enjoyed the view over 3 courses and a bottle of wine. Food was delicious, would recommend the 'trio of desserts' AMAZING! Great service. I would also recommend lunch so you can take... More

We recently dined at this restaurant on our trip to the Blue Mountains, we had pre-booked as we were staying at the neighbouring property and noticed that it looked fairly busy. Firstly, the service was very good, some of the staff still have a bit to learn for fine dining but this isn't a major city and overall they did... More

Nice view and a great atmosphere, we where welcomed but the service went downhill from there. We waited a long time for our meal considering there was only 4 people in the restaurant.I had to,ask for my water glass to be filled. I am not sure what the staff where doing but they seemed to be hiding. I was also... More

Nice room with small balcony flowing onto back garden overlooking the Jammison Valley, only 14 rooms here so it's quite personal. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
