We stayed here overnight on Friday as it had been many years since I had been to the blue mountains, and as I now live in perth and married to a west Australian, he had never been to the blue mountains, so we wanted to stay somewhere really special. This place was definitely special. It is without doubt one of... More

The food was beautiful. Service was excellent. I had the lamb cutlets which were delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.

This is a great place to eat a little less formal than Darley's across the road. The food was outstanding and the staff very friendly and efficient. This was our favourite place to eat during our stay at Lilianfels

Open fire before dinner was a lovely way to start, Amber looked after us in the restaurant and she was very friendly and professional. Food amazing...have the soft shell crab, delicious! Did have 2 glasses of French champagne added to our bill which we did not have, hopefully an honest mistake. Would love to return here during the day to... More

The view was breathtaking, the service was great but the food was only slightly above average and not quite worth the pricetag. I think this would be a great place for a light lunch.

With a dearth of good restaurants in this town, Echoes was an oasis on a cold evening. It was warm, the staff were welcoming. Overall though, the food was overpriced, and both the entree and main courses I ordered had Asian flavours which were bland, needed a squeeze of lime, a hint of chili. Nice surrounds, decent enough service but the food was way overpriced. My main (which arrived cold) would have been elsewhere priced at $30 to $35 and the dessert would have been $15 max. With 1 glass of wine, we got socked around $85 per person. In my books, that is ridiculous.

We ate here as part of a bigger group. The food was just ok, but the big thing that made this terrible was the following. Our group was being served alternately with the main meals. The waitress was bringing me my meal but on her way, was stopped by someone else in our group around four people down the table... More
