Service was good with wait staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant was well decorated which added to the atmosphere. While there was nothing wrong with the food a slight improvement would have earn a five star review.

We dine here each time we visit Forster and always have a positive experience. The food is delicious, great service and margaritas! The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere over looking the water. There is usually a wait for your food so if a quick dinner is what you are after perhaps this isn't the place for you, however if you... More

dined on a busy night but waited a hour for food- not an excessively long time but if we had been forewarned it would have made our evening more enjoyable. I had prawn dish which cost around $26 and it only had 6 small to medium sized prawns in it. The bathrooms were filthy and the whole place seemed a... More

After a bit of a drinking session at a nearby bar for happy hour we all decided Mexican would be a great idea! The margaritas were tasty and we went through about 4 jugs. We all ordered the same meal. A beef enchilada+chicken burrito combo. It was a big meal! I was the only one who finished mine. The rice... More

The food was delicious, the sangria really good, the service impeccable and the live music just made the whole experience so memorable. I think the name of that young singer/guitarist was James Bennett, a talented performer.

They served decent mexican food and beer. Good both for friends and family. It was the only place open in Forster we could find past 7pm for meals. Good quick and friendly service.

On holidays with the tribe and we felt the need for a Mexican fix. The Aztec is a local lakeside restaurant that is part of the Montezuma's group. The menu is broad and covers most if the Mexican standards. A couple of frozen margaritas set the mood well. The little princesses both opt for the chicken fajitas (any food you... More

You either like this type of Mexican or you don't. We love it. The menu is extensive with nearly twenty combination meals to choose from. I personally like the tostada. My son had the nachos and wife the enchilada and burrito combo. We actually dined there three times the week we stayed in Forster. If you like hot chilli sauce... More

Location opposite Wallis Lake is awesome. Service was attentive and generally very good. Menu was extensive which made selection a little difficult. Food was nice but lacked authenticity.

Had dinner here last night and the food was amazing. The drinks were a little slow but the place was very busy. The food didnt take too long to come out and the Mexican Ribs were some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. As per the previous review..yes it was hot in the restaurant but HELLO...it was 30...
