I have been to this restaurant twice now and the only negative thing about it is that it is not in my home town!!! The food here (especially the black peppar prawns) is phenomenal! I absolutely loved every element of my meal - even the salad dressing on the salad!! Cant recommend this enough! beautiful location and friendly owners! More

The first night that we went to "Beach Almond" there was no body else there and we had the best food that we have had in I don't know when! When we went back the second time It was packed and the food was just as great and presented as a work of art. The service is exceptional and they... More

It is hard to find a restaurant where every dish is a work of art and an explosion of flavors on your palate. Here you will find it all. Do go for at least 2 course's. More

When we dined at Beach Almond recently it was quite late as we had been to the reef that day & had to get the kids sorted back at our apartment first. With no booking we were delighted to be seated at one of the cornerfront tables while the moonlight washed across the island & water offshore. It was simply... More

We stumbled across Beach Almond after dining at almost every other restaurant in Palm Cove. As they say 'Last, but definitely not least'. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was relaxed, warm and welcoming, as though we were dining with old friends. The service was impeccable; John ( a member of the Beach Almond family ) was a... More

Enjoyed the Beach Almond so much that we dined there twice on our recent holiday to Palm Cove. Unpretentious atmosphere that suits the tropical beach location perfectly. Classic Singaporean chilli crab is done very well as are black pepper prawns and an amazing Vietnamese whole fish. Owners and staff are friendly and certainly knowledgable about their food. On the whole... More

Located on the far northern end of the Esplanade in Palm Cove, the exterior and interior of this establishment has a semblance of a narrow shed. Consisting of a very simple and elevated wooden board walk, with neither windows nor walls, decked out with cheap plastic tables and chairs the likes more at home in a rundown café, this restaurant... Great prawn dishes. Nice and spicy. Very helpful and friendly staff. They had no problem with splitting one main for two youngsters. Icecream in chocolate cups with raspberry coulis was a big hit. As was the lime brûlée More

The appearance of this restuarant is no overly appealing from the street - but once inside it actually has a really good feel. The food is the absolute best in Palm Cove. If you like fresh seafood with a modern asian twist then this is your place to eat. The eggnet scallops/prawns was one of the best dishes I have... More
