Went here based upon a review in the newspapers and were not disappointed. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delightful. We both had the duck which was magnificent. This is a very good restaurant which would not be out of place in any list of class places. they set the standard for Palm Cove, which others have matched.

Lime and Pepper is simply a top flight, high value restaurant. This Pepper's Beach Club in-house restaurant overlooking the public beach area and Palm Cove's great gum and palm trees along the main street, has an excellent, creative menu. The Exec Chief, Thomas, was extremely gracious and masterful at communicating his "vision" for the menu (from local sourcing to positive... More

The chef knows how to cook and talks to the customers to make sure they are happy, and we were. Friendly staff, food nicely cooked and presented and delicious desserts. Yum!

Staying in Palm Cove for a week we had tried most of the local restaurants but by pure luck, we kept the very best until our last night out. Lime and Pepper looked so inviting . Beautifully laid tables, spotless white linens with sparkling glassware. Extremely comfortable seating. The staff were wonderful. Highly professional, very attentive without being overbearing. THEN... More

We had numerous meals here and all were excellent. Particularly the duck and the butter chicken! The desserts were just amazing. It was great because you could have an entree size as a main, which a lot of the restaurants in Palm Cove don't do. The service was also very good. We enjoyed all the meals that we had.

On a quiet November evening, we were hoping for a great meal before we leave Australia. The fig and watercress salad was good, but the Vietnamese beef short ribs was, well, like boiled beef with soya sauce and hot peppers. Lots of hot peppers. Ok, the chef had an off night. The service was horrible....in a half empty restaurant, barely... More

Simple buffet breakfast, loved the mushrooms. Quite a good selection of self serve teas. Staff only too happy to source a tomato juice for me - one noted my preference and made sure the bar was stocked with it. Great morning service - thanks to the breakfast crew
