It was my partner and I's first time in Palm Cove. When we arrived at Vivo Bar and Grill, we were greeted by friendly staff who brought us to our table. We ordered a Vietnamese Pancake and Eggs Benedict which were both delicious though it was a bit cold when it got served to us. Because our food was so... More

This place is a dreadful tourist trap. The food can only be described as crap. I went with my wife and her girlfriend and we met up with two other friends. We ordered the $39 "banquet" which turned out to have only three alternatives, but included a glass of wine. I chose the chickpea curry. Bad choice. It was dreadful.... More

We had dinner there last night. Well located with reasonable service but we found the food just average . My zucchini flower entree was very oily and fairly tasteless. The mains of grilled prawns and soft shelled crab were OK but we have had much better elsewhere. Would not be rushing back.

Went there for a special birthday lunch . Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive. I ordered a steak sandwich got a cold hamburger pattie in a bun accompanied with cold chips. Husband had a fillet steak which was chewy and for the price would have expected better. The other couple on the table had mediocre meals.Waitress was friendly... More

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the menu for lunch was inviting especially the tapas selection. Food was hot and tasty, the staff were courteous and the prices very reasonable. Do try this location if you are in the area.

We had the set menu 2 evenings, - 2 courses plus a glass of wine for under 40 dollars. Great food although service was very sloppy the second time we went. Apparently breakfast is great too but we never got round to it.

So we have been here three times in the last 5 days. We have had Tapas, happy hour cocktails and now dinner and dessert. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is sensational and the cocktails. The cocktails. Fantastic would be a insult and understatement. The best cocktail and wine list in Palm Cove, Cairns and Port Douglas.... More

We were in Palm Cove from Oct 6-13 2014. We have previously been to PC on 2 other occasions, and only stopped by Vivo for a pre-drink before dinner. On this trip we went for lunch on our first day in PC and we were blown away by the sheer quality of the food. I had the Wagyu Burger, and... More
