Great pub if you want to have a drink, we've never actually eaten here as the times we've wanted to the only menu available has been the pub one which is predominately fried... pricing is affordable and staff are always very welcoming and helpful

Being in middle of village makes this a convenient place to meet, but food is just "pub food", and therefore leaves a bit to be desired. Good range of beers.

We've eaten at this bar/restaurant many times. The quality remains the same. Good service, basic food tending to the large portion size and reasonable prices.

Fun for us to stop in for a light meal and watch other couples, families, groups of friends hanging out. The food was typical bar food, but good and plenty. Great beers and Pims!

Prompt, efficient service even though they were very busy. Amazing selection of tap beers, and the fish bites were perfect, beet batter crisp and crunchy. Looks like an English pub inside and out, well, almost...... Big screen tvs well placed, but not on max volume, so you can see whats going on and still be able to hold a conversation.... More

Two weeks ago the four of us had a wonderful meal. This weekend they returned with their friends and requested we have dinner back at this restaurant. As usual the place was full, but the service and food was excellent. A very enjoyable time was had by all. Thank you staff.

I've been a customer since this place was first built. In the last few years it's been going downhill. I took a group there to eat and was totally embarrassed by how poor the food has become. Nightmares were the result of eating their food. No will not return. Sad because it was a great place and could be again.

It is fast, reasonably priced, large portions of food and friendly service. The place was full when we arrived on a Monday evening, but that didnt impact on the fast service or the friendliness of the staff. This is good pub food and priced right.
